I’m sooo great full for this very honest man!!! My phone fell and cracked, so I put a screen saver on it so I didn’t get cut! I used it for 2-3 months until I got tired of looking through a cracked screen!! A friend told me about this place and was very pleased!! Best price and fast!!! I checked around and no one would do it while you waited!! So I walked in and gave him My phone to fix!! He started to take the old screen saver off and told me it wasn’t broke!!!! I insisted that it was broken and that I had a screensaver on it and he showed me the screensaver and told me that I had another screensaver on it and that is what was broke!! I said are you sure and he laughed and said if you want me to change the screen he would!!! I was in shock that all this time I thought I had a broken phone!! Now remember he had my phone behind the counter and he could have said he fixed it!!! But he was sooo honest!!!! I’m sooo grateful that there are still honest people out there!!! I came here thinking I needed a new screen on my phone because the screen was unresponsive. I called ahead since I have an older iPhone. Was quoted a price to repair it, made the drive. Walked into Johns shop, and showed him what was going on, he asked a few questions and come to find out I needed to do a hard reset on my device. I didn’t even need a new screen. John didn’t charge me to trouble shoot my phone which was amazing, he could have charged me the price to fix the screen even when it didn’t need it like other shops have, but he didn’t. I would recommend this shop 100 times over! Saved me money I didn’t have to spend to fix my phone, but needed done. John was kind and said he isn’t out to screw people over....

My xbox series x had a messed up HDMI port. Everywhere I called told me I'd have to wait 3 weeks or ship it out of state for an expensive price. I came across JA Electronics and decided to call at 3pm yesterday. We took it in at about 4pm and he told us it would be a few hours to fix it but he closed at 7pm so we may need to pick it up next business day. After a few hours went by, we went down to get an update and he said he'd have it done by 7:30 (he even stayed over time to finish it for us). I am extremely pleased and impressed with John's ability to completely fix the xbox and his customer service skills. He went above and beyond for us and I really recommend going to JA Electronics....
