Recommend by a family member. Front desk service manager was very knowledgeable and very good listener. Did exactly what I asked for and the problem was fixed and have no issues since. Before going here I had many problems with the same issue. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days they are all out to make you spend more money then necessary. This place did exactly what I asked for and didn't do any extra work and say it needed to be done. They will tell you what they find out and what you should do to prevent future catastrophic damages. I think I found a trustworthy place to take my car to get fixed. Only down side is that they are kinda pricey even with a family discount. You know what they say in life, you get what you pay for. Meaning you pay cheap you get cheap quality work you pay well you get the best quality work. I will be bringing them rest of my vehicles and I don't think I'll have anymore BS run around from most mechanical auto repair shops. I'm glad one of my family members Recommended Mike's Garage to me. Now I just gotta put more money to the side for car maintenance and never worry about it getting repairs done incorrectly. Well I know that they do Guarantee their work and replace anything that they have fixed with no extra fees. They replaced the purge valve for my car and in less than 2 month's the check engine light came back on with the same code error. So I took it back to them and 2 days later, they did a full analysis of my vehicle and fix the problem. I honestly thought that they would charge me something because in my experience with many garages there always some small fee for something different than the original parts that were fixed but to my surprise they said it was under warranty so I owe nothing. OMG I was HAPPY. Even at the dealership when I returned with the same problem they would charge me some small service fee for something. Mike's Garage is super busy and now I understand why, so you should always call ahead and make an appointment it will be worth it I...
Read moreI've been bringing my vehicle to Mike's Garage for a little over a year now—maybe even two—and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my car's care and maintenance. What first drew me in was Chris, one of the mechanics, who I had known from a previous garage. When he moved to Mike’s, I didn’t think twice about following him. He’s an excellent mechanic, extremely knowledgeable, and always friendly. It's rare to find someone you can trust in this field, and Chris is one of those rare people.
From the moment you walk in, you can tell that Mike and the team run a top-notch operation. They’re very particular about the condition of your car, even going out of their way to ensure it doesn’t get scratched or damaged while it’s in their care. That kind of attention to detail really shows how much they respect their customers and take pride in their work.
The work itself? Always done right the first time. No surprises. No returns because something wasn't quite fixed. Whether it’s routine maintenance or something more involved, they explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable with the service being provided. That peace of mind is worth everything.
I’m very happy with the honest, reliable service I’ve received here, and I highly recommend Mike’s Garage to anyone looking for trustworthy mechanics and outstanding...
Read moreI've had multiple repairs and maintenance work done at this shop on my 2007 Ford focus. My most recent repair was a power steering pump. I had the car towed in by a local company. The car was driven into and off of the truck under its own power which when the steering system is faulty could damage it further. During the repair, the power steering resovir broke and had to be replaced. My car did not leak a drop when I took it in for repair. I was told "it's gonna groan for a day or two then it should be fine" when I received the car back the first time. I brought it back the next day because the steering was tight in spots and not quite right. Fluid was leaking from the cap of the resovir which means air is in the system. Took it back a third time to be told it needs a rack and pinion. So now I'm out of 450$ and my car. So, I'm not sure it's ever going back there...
