So I went here to upgrade two iPhones. It has been the worst experience since those iPhones were ordered. We were told that the iPhones were to be delivered at the store. But we were never never notified when they were delivered. We waited about two weeks, and then finally decided to go into the store. And they said that the phones were delivered about two weeks ago. But no one knew who they belonged to. Ok, we got a promotion with our upgrade on our phones. Where the old phone had to be emailed in and we had no idea how to do so. So we went into the store again and all we got was a nasty attitudes āyou need to call customer serviceāā¦. Multiple times were explained that customer service was called, customer service said to go to the store. Back-and-forth no one was willing to help. All we got was nasty attitudes from the employees working at the store. And the employee who did our whole upgrade messed the whole thing up because we never got the promotion applied to the second iPhone & I lost the iPhone that was paid in full!!!!!!! The head manager, Steve (I think) was who I worked with. I was adding 2 lines and upgrading 2 phones. He structured the deal that's so when I went to add one of my employees phones to our plan he lost service for a day and I ended up being on the phone with T-Mobile for 3 hours on a Sunday while I was spending time with my family. Through that 3 hours spent I had a gentleman that was very helpful on the phone explain how the deal had been structured so that it was not going to be a smooth transition and put me in this pinch. I had to spend another 2 hours the next day in the store to get service up and going for my employee. They were trying to tell him he had to go to a store and I had to tell them that there was an e Sim in the phone that they could use and then I wasn't going to pay my guy to drive to the store because they messed up.
I was just in the store again to return one of the upgraded phones and they took $10 off of $170 credit they had promised when I signed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWalked in today looking to get one of the Flip, or Fold phones and switch over from Cricket. The employees could not have been nicer. Steve, Tyler, and Logan answered every question I had knowledgeably and politely. I wasn't able to afford the phone I wanted but they were able to point be towards a Motorola Razor flip phone that was comparable to the one I wanted and I absolutely love it. T-Mobile is a bit more expensive than my last provider (Cricket) but they are right by me so I can walk there, and they offer Hulu, Netflix, and Apple TV with their Plus plan, so after taking all that off my expenses since I already had Netflix and Hulu it really only ended up being and extra $15 a month and I have a phone that I love! Highly recommend this store. All in all I had a very positive experience and a great Saturday seeing as I wasn't even really thinking about getting a phone and just randomly walked in. 10/10...
