Burger King — Restaurant in Pennsburg

This was my first visit to this Burger King which just opened last week. I was impressed with the service and quality of food. Burger King french fries usually aren't very good, but they were really tasty this time. The dining room was open after 8pm, which is more than I can saw about the neighboring McDonalds. Everything was clean as would be expected in a new restaurant. The parking lot entry from Route 663 is a little bit challenging, as there is a tight turn to get into the parking lot, which my long truck barely fit through. The only negative thing that I noticed, is that the dining room had annoying paper straws, instead of plastic straws. They were among the better paper straws that I've used, but they still aren't as good as a plastic straw.... The workers seemed friendly and they were quite busy keeping up mainly with the drive-thru traffic. This place will be a good addition to the community.

Update 01/2024: Service is still really good here. Food is typical Burger King food. Happily, they have ditched the annoying paper straws and now use normal...

New place in the town I live near. Drive through. 7:30-8 pm. The lady who took our order through the speaker was rude. Didn't give a total and just said pull around assuming I was finished ordering.

When I pull around it's clear both employees are on crack. Definitely high on crack I know those eyes. My first words in a calm normal sane tone where "um you never asked me what drink I'd like?" The window lady rudely exploded at me "I'm not taking orders at the window! what's your name!?" "Uh you never asked me my name? You never asked me the size meal or drink I'd like either..." her response was "pssssh okay" ? Uh? What? Hahahaha like do you think you did? When in reality you're high? Like what? Haha.

Then in a calm voice as she handed me my order after sitting at the pick up window for 10 minutes she said "have a blessed day". Doesn't offend me, but many may be with that kinda language. Place is ran by drug addicts who are intoxicated on the job. As expected food is sloppy mediocre at best. Won't...

Stopped at the new Pennsburg Burger King tonight. Arrived at 9:20pm, and then at 9:23pm was ‘barked at’ by a woman going, “Sir the restaurant is closed.” WAIT, it’s 9:23pm on a Saturday night, and the Fast-Food burger joint is closed?!?!?!

Got home and checked the Burger King website, and it showed closed. Checked Google, and it says the restaurant is open until Midnight. No hours posed on the drive thru kiosks, and cars are lining up and being dismissed.

One can only assume, that there is zero management paying attention to this store. I see other reviews on Google stating that they just close whenever they want. The owner should start interviewing Commercial Real Estate Agents now, as this restaurant will be available for purchase soon.
