99 Nails — Local services in Pennsville Township

If I could give this nail salon negative 5 stars I would. Usually if I do not like a business I just skip giving a review but I felt like i needed to make others aware of 99Nails; BEWARE!! This was the 2ND time I developed a nail fungus after removing fake nails from only going to 99 nails! (see pic) If this was the 1st time Id developed nail fungus like this I wouldn't blame the salon. But since Ive been to ALOT of diff. Salons in my life, always got the fill on time, sometimes even before the reccomend 2 week period, there is more to why I have got this fungus twice; different set of fake nails but happened @ same nail salon. Every time I go here I feel rushed when in the pedi chair & nail station. Things r not done properly (even thu Ive always had to wait for service & doesnt matter if made appointment for certain time) Also when I have gone the price is always different, for the same fill & pedicure, depending on if the husband or wife checks u out.. when I questioned the cost bc I was being charged an extra $10 by the wife every time she checked me out, all the workers started to talk loud in another language, made a huge ordeal causing a scene & I do NOT like involved in a scene! The husband had to stop working, come over & I showed him my calculations from calculator on my cell & he said "oh sorry sorry ok ok" but every time before she had charged me extra but guess this is my fault for not speaking up before but I wanted to make others aware. Not to mention only the husband & wife r licensed but all the workers do nails & on top of this the workers still try & use the RAZOR on ppls feet which has been ILLEGAL in state of NJ for many yrs. They do not sterilize ANY of the instruments including the SINGLE BLADE RAZORS, they jus rinse them off in the water where ur feet have been soaking w. All of the dead skin floating around & then they use those on the next...

Worst experience I've had so far. I've been here once before...they did fine the first time, wanted to give them another try. This time I brought my daughters in for their nails too. The man- Tom was very rough with my daughters nails and Jenny was rushing to get mine done so much that she didn't listen to me at all about what I wanted. The color was NOT what I asked for, she put STICKERS on my nails instead of drawling the design and the whole set is just done completely wrong and the worst nails that I've ever had. After Tom did my daughters shape he couldn't paint her nails so he handed her off to another person who couldn't draw a HEART who then passed her over to Jenny that drew a heart on her nail that looked like a 2 year old did it. Nails were really pretty but the man who was doing my nails was so rough, he had cut the side of my fingers multiple times. But the worse part was when I wanted them removed and one of my finger nails was off my nail bed, I had told him to be careful with certain fingers, he didnt care.
