I was in for myself Easter morning with strep throat & again everyone in the back were very pleasant. However the woman at the front desk started with in 2 mins of walking. She wanted me to pay the $14 owed on my daughters account #1 they would never see us without us paying the co pay so there's NO WAY we owe $14 & secondly the last time we were in she made us drive all the way home & back for my daughters id Bc she's 18 now even though we've been there numerous times my id wasn't good enough but I'm good enough to pay makes no sense! She is not people friendly she is no compassionate of sick people, she's is NOT A GOOD FIT to be the first & main person when you walk in the door.

UPDATE 5/30/22 They call my phone to give an update on my daughters results but Bc I’m at work and they couldn’t talk to her they wouldn’t give to me HOWEVER I AM LISTED ON HER PAPERWORK AS HER EMERGENCY CONTACT AND POINT OF CONTACT! She’s still a high school kid for god sakes!

My daughter is in their system as I’ve brought her before this year as a matter of fact. 2 months ago she turned 18 we drove 35 mins to this location with my license and her insurance card & they refused to see her because we didn’t have her license with us. Fine I called around to get someone to go to my house to text a pic of her license the woman declined it & said it needs to physically be here. Mind you my daughter is sick other wise we wouldn’t be there we had to drive 35 mins home & 35 mins back so an hour and 45 mins of driving. While driving back we filled out ALL her information through the link the woman text us to hold our place in line. But she spitefully still made us wait to take people back after us first. I am rating Riverside urgent Care of pennsville New Jersey three stars. Reason - "miscommunication," I called Riverside urgent Care on Thursday asking for an appointment to do an employment screening. The intake person advised that I can come anytime to do a drug screening without an appointment, they are in the office day and night. I asked where they open 24 hours. The intake agent advised, "yes someone is always here - you can come anytime day or night." Although, she recommended that I come early morning due to high volume of people because of covid-19 through the day. The agent was not specific of any operational times for the facility, which I had assumed they were open 24 hours from that conversation. At 6:00 Saturday morning I arrived, approached the facility doors, then I saw a sign indicating the office was closed - they open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I live far from from the facility, so I waited 2 hours open in the parking lot until they open; then waited one more hour before I could get waited on because they did not have a technician to do the drug screening. I was told the technician that do the employment screening was running late and the tech they have in the office refuse to do the screening because he doesn't know how to do it well enough to avoid any mistakes. I held my water nearly 4 1/2 hours before I could use the bathroom which is very can be harmful to my body at my age. With that experience I should have given this rating a one but they are beneficial to the community for people who does not have insurance...

I just took my son here, first time was Friday, June 10th, 2022. This was for a sprained ankle. We were treated with respect and the Dr and staff did a great job. Except we were told that they didn't have crutches the size my son needed and gave me a script. Mind you, there was NO medical supplies store open until Monday and there was NO xray tech on staff. We were told we needed to come back the following day to get an x-ray. I did....my mistake. 10 seconds after I get there I get scolded yo sit down even though I was standing NOWHERE NEAR the person in front of me in line. But the receptionist, Danielle, felt the need to treat me with the most disrespect I have ever seen by someone in a professional position. I sat down and took the disrespect after asking for her for her name for my own records. Then she went back and clearly talked badly about me and my son so when we were called back the x-ray tech, Lisa, says loudly and judgementally when she calls my son back "those crutches are too big for him!!!" No, really?!?! You guys failed to give my son bigger crutches and now you want to shame me as a mother for doing the best I could do... I guess I should have widdled our own crutches the correct size out of wood. And then she proceeded to argue with me in front of my 8 year old son. I would have given them ZERO stars if it weren't for the staff the night before! I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and ignorance in a professional environment before. I will NEVER take my kids there or recommend this place to...
