I visited Delaware location Popeyes drive-thru , I ordered a 2 piece with a sweet tea which was $6.99 .There was 2 fast food workers that was serving me at the window one took my money which I handed her a $20 Dollar bill and one Penny . She replied asked me what kind of drink I wanted and mess up on that and the other worker asked again and got my order right .The one that took my money and mess up on my drink order walked away to the front cash registers where guest come in to place there order at , ring me up .There was so much confusion and miss management I did not pay attention to my changes I received back until I drove away , which was change for a $10 not a $20 . The only thing I got a chance to taste was the sweet tea which was spoiled I returned back to the location and voice my complaint to the floor supervisor and she got the Manager . I asked if they could check there cameras which they said It will be time consuming , I will say they followed some what the right procedure 2 count there cashier drawers in which they didn't tell me if it was right or wrong. They just said there worker said she gave me the correct changed .But what I left out when I entertained into the restaurant upon my return was a apologize from her mistake which another customer was standing by me telling me she was sorry . I believe than everything would had been handle fairly . The manager asked me did I dropped the money in my car I said no and checked to make sure of it , he said it's nothing he could do and said call the cops I said no I'm not calling the cops for $10 dollars that's not a true emergency .Than I asked the manager if I could see the Video that she took out charge for a $20 and give it back to me he said no I can't come in the back I said than can you screenshot on his cell phone her taking out the change he said no again , than I asked on the my receipt it just say the price of the food not the money I give her for example if I handed her a $20 and she mistakenly put in cash price $10 for change than it should show on my receipt . The supervisor said that did I lose three other receipts did she give me more than one and there isn't nothing they can do and that's how it comes out . Nothing was resolved , I believe as a customer their customer service was terrible. I asked to see there receipt and just showed me what I give them to pay for my food . I asked for a refund which they give me back change for $10. My full problem is as a paying customer , and I handle myself in a civil way without a unnecessary scene I was treated improperly in a unfairly . Where at that time a man off the street came in asking for free food and the manager informed him to come back when there closing and he will take care of him . Giving to the needed is a wonderful thing to do but if there is a paying customer and you can't services them with the same gratitude than that's...

Customer shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of attitude. Let me explain…. Me and my eight-year-old child came in for a lunch date after a doctors appointment. My child wanted chicken, french fries mashed potatoes and biscuits. I was in a mood for the same thing when approaching the cashier who happens to be the Spanish lady in the black hoodie, she asked me What did I like to order I replied with letting her know what me and my child wanted something with french fries chicken biscuits and mashed potatoes for two. She offered a combo that was enough for two .after I get my food with disappointment of the portion. I gently go back up to the front And bring my concern to the cashier that convinced me for that Combo .she instantly started getting hostile . she proceeded to state’ if you already knew what you wanted ,Why didn’t you look at the Menu? My Son plus 10 other customers seen The cashier go off like I stole something from her instead of trying to find reason in my concern she decided to take initiative into talking crap instead of helping. She decide to raise her tone and disrespect me .then the Manager step in thank god ! The Manager proceeded to tell the cashier to go in the back because she couldn’t stop being disrespectful . When she goes back, I continue to apologize to the manager because Like I stated, my only concern was feeding me and my child. I come here to frequently, which I actually remember the Manager. She’s a great manager how she handled the situation. She found a deal that Popeyes was promoting for two and replaced my meal for that order. Thank you so much, Manager.🙏🏽❤️. After the incident, I sit down with my child to eat, and all I can see is the spanish lady in the black hoodie staring me down. I understand working at a restaurant or fast food place is difficult at times, but if you’re not qualified for the position, don’t take the job. Read moreIF I COULD GIVE NO STARTS I WOULD. I purchased an 11 piece box of chicken for 12.99 on Saturday June 16, 2018 at 12:30 in the afternoon. My mother ate a piece in the car and we brought the rest home. Once home, I ate two wings and a thigh. Later that evening around 5:00 I came back to eat a drumstick and bit into the chicken to find a clump of cooked maggots under the skin. I took the chicken back to popeyes, waited at first very calmly for the manager Rico to talk to me. Rico had me wait while he took a phone call from his boss in coroporate; or so that's what the employees told me. Once he was finished and finally available, he and another younger male employee came over. I explained to him the issue and showed him the maggots. I expected an apology and for him to try to rectify the situation in some way. Instead, He and the young male employee said, well they are not moving. I said well yes, because you cooked them into the chicken. Rico said well what time did you purchase the chicken? I said at 12:30. he said, well there you go that's why. It's your fault and there are no flies in here. I then pulled out the box another piece of chicken not knowing if it would have maggots in it or not. I Just wanted to examine one in their store so, I pulled a breast out of the box and pulled the skin back to find more maggots cooked directly under the skin. Now, if the maggots occured in a spand of six hours from me they would be alive not cooked together in a clump.
