DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT come to this location for services, first and foremost the staff here never answer the phone when you call in; second, if you do walk in and decide to become apart of AT&T I hope your experience is not as painful as mine and my partners. My partner went into AT&T to open a new line with Jay. Everything was smooth until Jay messed up the phone number to switch over to by 1 number off. At this time Jay was unable to fix this issue and made promises with DM Yevonne to credit a 200$ to the account so I wouldnāt have to pay my first bill, provided free case and screen protector. I paid for this phone just to have to leave it in store for a whole week and had to spend my only morning hours before work to keep going in for 7 days due to Jays mistake with this phone number. Once this was resolved Ed the promises made were to have 200$ in credits, and a 100$ visa gift card due to these crazy troubles. Not only did we not receive ANY of these things, but they turned my phone off due to non payment(Jay said these credits would cover my first bill) now having to again spend my every single morning in this store trying to get these credits onto my account while I have no phone. Yesterday 6/12, DM yevonne said these things would be taken care of and Isaiah said the phone would be back on by 6pm if not to call back. Tried calling multiple times to no avail and of course the phone is still off. I had to go back in this morning(surprise ha) to be told Jay isnāt at work (shocker) and that we could not be helped once AGAIN. Jay is always out of work (told me he would be here today 6/13 from 11am to 7pm) of course he isnāt in when I goto the store. some excuses weāve recieved the last few days (car accident, stomach bug) this is all extremely unprofessional and severely unreliable. Want to know their suggestion in store? PAY THE BILL THAT THEY PROMISED TO COVER. I will be reporting this branch and all of the workers involved to AT&T chief executive and FCC. Do yourself a favor, goto ANY other carrier if you wish to not waste your time with countless visits to the store and lies upon lies to your face and Iām done. I will be going with another carrier and anyone reading...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've never had a better experience when setting up new cell service. I called, an hour before closing, and was greeted with a true desire to help me get the most for my money. I started out planning to get one new phone & reactivate an older one, but ended up with 2 new phones for the same price I'd have paid if I hadn't thought to call. He was patient throughout the process and with my many questions about the best way to put together the service & phones to maximize the discounts available and keep the service in the price range I was comfortable with. It was smooth and pain-free and I was up and running in no time and got to surprise my son with a new phone! The staff was not concerned about having to stay a bit past closing time, and expressed that he wanted to make sure that I was fully up and running and didn't have to wait until the next day. He truly wanted to follow through for me and said he was happy to stay to make sure it was all done correctly and working before I left that night. I was so impressed with the commitment to service that was shown - it is all too uncommon these days, but you can find it at our local AT&T store in Gulf Breeze by the Walmart Supercenter! WE are very lucky to have such a dedicated team right here in our backyard, considering how much we all depend on our cell phones to be working...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor years, Iāve been avoiding the hassel of getting a phone upgrade. My friend of 40 years said: āCome over here to Tiger Point and Iāll take you to MY AT&T store!ā I said ok cause it was close to her and popular shopping and eating places( plan B). It was around lunchtime so I was prepared for it to be busy. Though Jay was busy, his multitasking skills kicked in and he looked directly at us, smiled and said āIāll be with yaāll in a few minutes, take a look around.ā Sometimes all it takes is a second to just say hi and just acknowledge someone ās presence. Itās only been a day and Iām typing this on my new I Phone16!! So far, so good. Oh yeah, itās housed in my new case. Side note: While my old phoneās stuff was being transferred to my new phone, we went to lunch. When we returned, Genevieve was there and with her big smile and AT&T color nail polish said: ā Iāll be right back with your phone. While she was getting my phone, a man came in and even my friend and I noticed that he seemed rattled and annoyed about something. Genevieve was very patient with him and update told home sheād a few minutes. Againā¦.. The key to customer satisfaction is acknowledgement, a big smile,...
