DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. I placed a phone order for two rolls and their chicken hibachi fried rice. When I went to pick up the order, the girl had rung in the chicken hibachi wrong. At this point I didnāt mind because I know people make mistakes so I just went back in a had her fix the order and I gave the incorrect food item back. Apparently sheās made this same mistake before because the other girl that she asked for help told her sheād have to pay for the mess up again. She then put the right order in and then handed us our new receipt of payment and informed us the first payment had been voided so we werenāt double charged. We had to wait 30 minutes for the correct food and the servers ignored us the entire time. After 30 minutes the food was finally brought out by kitchen staff and placed up front where the Togo orders are. It sat there for another 10 minutes before the server finally came over and checked to see who it belonged to. The server asked if this was all we had been waiting for and I said yes and she told us goodbye and to have a nice day. I had no idea that I was walking out on a bill. Then 20 minutes later I had two missed calls from this place. I assumed they felt bad about the rude and miserable service, so I called back. When the girl answered, before I could say anything, she accused me of stealing and that I āwalked out on a Togo orderā because I didnāt pay for the new item that was made. First off, how does a person walk out on a Togo order? You literally have to pay right when they give you your food, itās impossible to walk out on a Togo order. Trying to solve the situation, I asked them how they wanted me to proceed because Iāve never ever stolen anything in my life and I donāt plan to. Then instead of telling me what they wanted me to do, the person on the phone proceeded to say that I made some random customer pay for my food because I walked out. If that random customer is reading this, I will pay you back and Iām sorry for any trouble it caused. After being bullied on the phone by the two female employees, I asked if I could talk to the manager. The girl on the phone said she was the manager tonight. So I asked for a corporate number to explain my experience and try to solve the situation. The girl then hung up on me. So to sum it up, I was served the wrong order, then had to wait 30 minutes while being ignored by the servers, then my food sat for an extra 10, and then I was bullied, accused of stealing, and hung up on before I could even try to solve the situation. Needless to say, this place doesnāt even deserve 1 star and I wonāt ever...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs a food enthusiast and sushi lover, I had the pleasure of dining at Rock and Roll Sushi in Gulf Breeze, and it's safe to say that the experience left me absolutely blown away. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was electric, with a hip and trendy vibe that was perfectly complemented by the rock and roll music playing in the background. The decor was edgy and modern, with a fun and playful touch that perfectly embodied the restaurant's name.
But the true star of the show was the food, and boy was it a showstopper. Our server, Amber T, was an absolute gem, offering us attentive and friendly service that really elevated the dining experience. And then there was the Thriller Roll, a true masterpiece of deep fried sushi craftsmanship. The combination of flavors was exquisite, with a perfect balance of sweet and savory notes that had my taste buds dancing with joy. The presentation was also stunning, with intricate details that really showcased the artistry of the sushi chefs.
As someone who has visited multiple Rock and Roll Sushi restaurants in the area, I can confidently say that the one in Gulf Breeze is in a league of its own. The quality of the food and the level of service were truly world-class, and it's clear that the team at Rock and Roll Sushi in Gulf Breeze takes their craft very seriously. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been wanting to go to this place for a while, and I finally got a chance to try it out. I got the Twisted Tuna appetizer and a fried VIP roll, and both of them were delicious! I opted to bring my roll home since the appetizer was so filling, so they could both be their own meal. They were labeled as being spicy, and they did have a pleasant ākickā to them, although it wasnāt too intense. I usually eat sushi with chopsticks, but the fried VIP roll was a bit fragile, so I did end up using a fork. The server took the time to explain the menu items to me and highlighted her favorites. She also checked in periodically and was very prompt with getting the check. The interior is pretty neatāthey have posters of musicians and radio decorations and whatnot. They also had booths, a bar, and tables with chairs that could be pulled out. The televisions were playing recorded rock concerts, but the music wasnāt too loud. I enjoyed it, and Iām glad I tried it out. The only critique I really have is the drinksāI got a Coke Zero and a water, and they did have a bit of an after taste to them. Iām not sure if that might have to do with the drink dispenser? Either way, it was a very minor thing, and it wasnāt an overwhelming flavor or anything like that. My favorite sushi place in Pensacola is Sake Cafe while my favorite one in Navarre is Slippery Mermaid, and this establishment has become my favorite sushi place in...
