I hate to even be writing this because I love the food at panda. I come to this location multiple times a month. My favorite part about ordering during the pandemic was being able to order online and pick up through the drive through with the least amount of contact. Well this time. I went through the drive through as i have for months and was told (that even though it was already paid for) that I could not pick up through the drive through that i HAD to come inside. Which it doesnât state that anywhere on the doors or online. So I said okay but since i am now stuck in this line until the window and itâs paid for could i please have it handed to me through the window and she said âno inside onlyâ so i wait in line & get to the window and ask why? And she said sorry itâs policy you have to come in. So i now have to drive around front after already waiting in line to go inside wait in another line once i gave them my name again for my order the young lady walks over to the drive through window picks up my food and brings it to the front counter and I asked if it was already over by the window why couldnât have it been handed to me? And she said we are busy and canât stop the line which makes NO SENSE when it was already ready and paid for and i was in line all that was needed at this point was to just simply hand me my food so i took my food and as i walked away i said âthis was ridiculous and makes absolutely no senseâ and after i said that she started yelling at me from behind the counter infront of all the other customers as i walked out saying I wasnât allowed to come back. Not once did i yell or curse or call her names to even deserve to be yelled at infront of everyone. Was i frustrated because this made no sense? Absolutely. I understand policies change. And I am willing to abide by them. Which this whole thing couldâve been avoided had she just given me my food given me the food while since was already in the drive through line & she couldâve said âjust for future reference we are no longer taking mobile orders through the drive through and for future purchases you will have to come inside to pick upâ and i wouldâve GLADLY came inside the next time to pick up. I just feel this lady made the entire situation totally unnecessary and prolonged for absolutely no reason. It wasted 20 extra minutes of my time and their time.    Read moreThis spot used to be pretty good back in 2022 when I first moved to gulf breeze around July of last year we had an absolutely horrible experience orders were wrong and the one cashier was a bit rude when I tried to get my order fixed to the point I asked to speak to the manager so I didnât lose my cool. He came over and asked how he could help we got our orders correct and he gave us a card for a free plate and signed his initials to verify it. Well apparently the turn over rate is so high he obviously doesnât work at this location and the cashier was less rude than the last one but kept up for a minute so I simple swiped my card and paidâŠ. I have been standing nearby well away from the counter to prevent myself from being rude or inconvenience other patrons as I waitedâŠâŠ. So the been 20 minutes I literally had to walk up to the counter again to ask for my good but then they wanted me to show my receiptâŠ.    Read moreSo I've put off leaving this review since I moved to Gulf Breeze in July. Back in Vegas it was hardly EVER that the Panda Express I went to was out of anything. When Covid hit, they cut down their menu, but were still never out. I tried this place exactly 10 times before giving up earlier this year. Every single time they have been out of 50% of their menu at least 3 hours before closing. Eventually it went from "sorry were out" to "sorry were out, but we can make it for you". That lasted only a short time as it is now back to tough luck. Tonight I got nostalgic and wanted some good ol Panda after my workout and I was met with a NO to every option I chose. Eventually I was told it would be a 7 minute wait if I wanted it, to which I agreed. Around 15 minutes later I finally got my food.
