First the positive - Saif helped me way beyond what I expected and was able to assist me with android auto while my Nissan nav system was malfunctioning. Saif was courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable. During this time the store manager (per her introduction), Melanie, told me my issue was with my Samsung 20 as it was obsolete and I needed to upgrade. Another customer showed me his version 7 which he had for 12 years and it still worked fine. His comment was, "she's either not aware of her own products, or just trying to upsell you. " Either way Melanie did not instill in me the trust or confidence I needed to upgrade a phone I've only had 2 years and still paying for. I came back to the same store days later for an auto pay issue with a new debit card. Tyler assisted me. He was courteous and professional but misinformed me that I showed no balance when in fact I was one week late, as I told him. He also failed to tell me a change takes 4-8 weeks to process. Days later I got text for late payment and added charges. I went back, again, to the same store. Melanie recognized me and said "I'll be right with you." I explained my issue to her. Melanie said it should be " a quick fix". 15 minutes later, she began to assist another customer, after he said, " go ahead and help this guy first." Melanie then told me she would not be able to help me, "it's a system problem, it's not just us, Verizon has the same problem." I felt she was fir some reason upset and dismissing me without even trying to assist me. She at no time looked into my account and became argumentative and again blamed external factors for creating my payment issue without even asking questions or viewing the conflicting texts I had from At & T. I heard her tell the other customer, "I'll call my district manager and see if he can help us." Help them fix the issue he had after he said "go ahead and help this man first." I felt at this point she was clearly trying to make me wait longer? I asked her her district manager's name. Melanie replied, " he can't help you, he's new." I asked her again for his name and she said "Ricardo." I asked how to contact him and what is his last name? Melanie replied no to both questions. I have no trust or confidence in this location and will drive out of my way to go to other service centers if needed. Melanie displayed a real lack of customer care and concern, as well as a lack of leadership ability in my opinion based on 4 in store interactions. It's hard to believe she does not know heron leader's name nor how to contact them. I called 611 and they assisted me in 4 minutes, and applied credits to offset my bad experiences in...

Read moreGreat menu choices and well done but beware, they offer some sort of boxing sport which happened to be featured the Saturday night we were there--definately NOT something I (or my party) were expecting and noticed they feature this twice a week (at least according to the posted schedule when we were there.) There were other very different offerings like nights to include paint night and Karaoke so this seemed a clash with the violent fighting stuff we saw which frankly ruined the really very good food. I've been here for lunch and very pleased so perhaps that's the meal time that is best for the average patron--Just don't understand the fighting thing you choose to feature-- What a way to ruin great food!--the chef should protest--Awesome coconut shrimp & dip & fajitas(perfection!!); nachos are perfectly layered with Great guacamole and salsa, wonderful juicy burgers (happy to serve protein style) salmon PERFECTLY cooked & steamed veg were also perfection!!; specialized bar drinks very fun & tasty; great atmosphere/decor without the cheering by bar patrons for the fighting on TV screens which was impossible to ignore. Please rethink this featured fighting thing (the screens are visible everywhere & the cheering was disgusting)--it just doesn't go with such good food your chef is preparing to see blood and punching--made us feel quite...
