UPDATE: I tried to contact them several more times. No one will help. I hope you didn't have an issue because they won't help resolve it.
I had a bad experience but calling the 1800 number didn't help. They said they would contact the store so it wouldn't happen again but didn't address my concerns.
I was hoping someone might actually help because I don't want to leave a negative review without someone at least trying to help first. Please feel free to contact.
The short story is that a member of the team was bagging an order for delivery. The lady was nice but couldn't get the lid secured on the drink. I even saw her placing the white circular tab on the opening. She then bagged it and sealed it.
During the drive, I made a normal turn and the contents shifted but didn't tip over. Still, I noticed the bottom of the bag getting wet so I picked it up and the contents poured into my lap and all over my seat. It doused my battery pack and phone but I was at least able to dry the phone with the extra napkins I picked up.
The lid was not even on the drink and the tab was not even fully covering the hole so there wasn't anything I could do. I always carry an extra drink carrier but it was too late by this point. First issue I've had, with a delivery or Starbucks...

Usually go through the drive-through, but for the first time in a long time, actually went into the store. For the love of Mr. Clean, the floors are spattered with filthy, my shoes stuck to the floor, trash everywhere, muffin bits all over the ground…. For real, I don’t know who’s managing this store, but this store neeeeeeds to be checked by a health inspector. This store looks like hasn’t been mopped in a year - like I wouldn’t be surprised if there were flies buzzing around our drinks behind the counter. Read moreI don't get Starbucks. I was having a tough day. I thought I would treat myself to an expensive, super great coffee. Nope. Every time I go into this Starbucks, they have new baristas. Every time, new people working there. No consistency. I ordered a Grande cold brew vanilla sweet cream with extra sweet cream. I was charged $1.25 for an extra shot of cream. Service was ok. She took my order and I waited. I was on my way to work so I had to get moving. I grabbed my drink and went on my way. I was driving to work and took my first drink. Ugh! Order was wrong! No vanilla sweet cream. No extra shot of vanilla sweet cream. I paid almost $7 for a 12oz coffee drink. Are you kidding me? Never again. I'll get my 32oz iced coffee next door at McDonald's for $2.19. Done with this location...
