Absolutely horrible experience!!! Took my daughter to look for a dress for her birthday during girls day and it was myself and another mother and her daughter trying on dresses the dress my daughter wanted to try on was 1600 the lady was reluctant to let us try on the dress and charged me 25$ to try it on!! Finding this odd i asked the mother who was waiting on her daughter to come out of the dressing room if she had to pay to try on a dress and she told me No part of me wants to come in and pay for the dress to prove a point but i will not give my business to a place who made us feel like we were in the wrong place!!! Even tho i have enough money in my bank account to buy any dress in that store plus more don’t make it ok to treat people...

Came in today and I got the wedding dress of my dreams! The owner made it possible and can’t thank her enough! Place is very clean and it has lots of different selections! Quality of the dresses are also amazing! I Totally recommend for everyone and anyone to give it a try! It doesn’t disappoint! It is very professional and everyone was very helpful, kind, and didn’t try to rush you out the door like some places do! They are very patient and very understanding and flexible with you! Beautiful dresses, staff sat the entire time we were there without so much as speaking. Extremely rude to not even be acknowledged. As We were the only ones in the store! We waited 10 minutes after opening time and never even saw anyone in the store. So went on to other stores then back to Normandy. I will never try to shop...
