I have been in the food service industry for over 25 years and this one came as a shock to me. I'm in the drive-thru, I order the 8pc Family Meal - cool. get to the window and they tell me they don't have any white meat will I take all dark meat? (First off, I'm not paying $30 for all dark meat, like 4 legs and 4 thighs, LMAO) I tell her I will not, and through a process of events she grabs the manager, (here is where it gets good) The manager, who RUNS the store mind you, tells me that they will not have any white meat for 45 minutes because ..... the COOK is on LUNCH BREAK!!!!!! LMAO again! so many things wrong here, 1. Why is the cook taking lunch during the dinner rush? (it's 6:46pm now, i just got home from there) 2. Why doesn't the MANAGER know how to COOK chicken? SMH. 3.Why didn't they know this when i placed the order (there were 2 cars ahead of me when i ordered) it could have been simple to tell me DURING my order, "hey sorry we just ran out of white meat, would you like dark meat or order something else?" Oh no! All I get when i get to the window to pay is, "we're out of white meat is all dark meat OK?"!!!! "Ummm no, it's not OK". This is not the first time I've had issues here, the OWNER may want to look into new staff or at least a new MANAGER who can WORK ALL of the STATIONS! why else would you have a Manager, but to have someone who can RUN the WHOLE store...

Not telling customers there is a 30 minute wait because they didnt cook enough chicken is unacceptable!! 6 People ahead of me waiting inside while they fill order after order at the drivrthru... every time!! -------- . God are these people SLOW! I realize it takes time to fill an order-- but when there is no-one at the drive thru and only 2- 3 people at the counter.. it shouldn't take 15 minutes to fill an order.. .and how about more than 1 person at the counter at Suppertime??? Will NOT go through the drive through- they ALWAYS get the order wrong, and it takes FOREVER.. not unusual to spend 30-40 minutes .....SEVERAL times have been there and they were (believe it or not) OUT of chicken! Better management or training needed!

   Read moreSo, I ordered only a family fill up, got told I had to wait 5 mins for potatoes, no problem. They say to pull ahead, ok? Where? No response so I go in, wait 25 mins for soggy looking chicken and finally get handed a bag of good sat off to the side that ig was supposed to have been ran out to me 15 mins prior. So I get home, no fuss, but I get home and this chicken looks wet. Not oily from cooking, wet, soggy, undercooked. I sat inside and listened to two girls behind the counter yell at each other and one blame the other for just standing around. And yet, when I find this food in the way it was given to me, I go back and complain bc I have a two yr old eating this. So I get a replacement. This looks worse than the original. What...
