Purchased a sofa, ottoman, chair and 2 end tables on 6/5/19, per Carol we were suppose to have the furniture by the beginning of July. There was no communication with them unless I called them. The date continued to move and I had to resort to putting all communications into an email so I had proof of what I was being told; and Carol would continuously say that a date was not promised. We finally received the sofa, chair and ottoman on 7/29/19. We did not receive the end tables, as supposedly only one had arrived in their store. Once again, I was told the other end table would be in by 8/30/19 at the latest. Yesterday (8/28/19) I received a call saying now the end table would not be in until October 9th. Keep in mind, Karvonen's has had my money since the original order on 6/5/19. Of course, their response to all of it, is that is out of their hands and they do not know when an order will show up unless they remember to call and check. Otherwise, all they can do is go by what the system tells them. Really? I have ordered from other furniture establishments and always received the merchandise in 2 weeks or a very reasonable amount of time. The best solution they could come up with was to refund my money for the end tables (finally). I would not have bought any of the furniture if I knew I would not get the end tables as well, as I bought all the pieces because they went together and all were in the same collection. I thaught thats nice untill i got a couple miles down the road and i looked back and most of the plastic was flaping it the wind 20 feet behind. Got home took the rest of the plasic off the first thing i notice is a 2 inch cut i the back that someone attemped to patch. It was glued. It was not marked as a second or marked clearance. I called them immediately. They told me to srnd pics of the damage. I emailed them pics. 3 days went by didnt hear anything back. I emailed them again to see what they decided to do. They did finally message me back. They would replace the couch if i would load the other one up and bring it back. I tried to get them to bring it ehen they come pick up the damaged one.    Read morePurchased all Kitchen Aide appliances from them last fall for our new house being built. Everything wen't smoothly until the time came to get the appliances delivered. Their 2 man delivery crew ended up scratching brand new floors which they ended up replacing and paying for, denting a garage door (which never got replaced, b/c they claimed they didn't do it). So we were left with a brand new house with door dings on the front garage door.
Not that it's Karvonen's fault, but the stove/microwave unit has had issues and is now on its 3rd service call for replacement parts over the last 6 months which takes 2-3 weeks a time to get the correct parts. A person doesn't realize how much they use a microwave until they don't have one.
