I am never coming here again. I expressed to the care provider that I was just here about a week ago because of the same issue but it got worse and I expressed that my first time here everything felt very rushed and I felt like I didn’t get the care I needed. She told me that if I wanted a longer visit to see my primary or go to urgent care because they have many patients. I told her I understand but I just wanted to make sure I was properly diagnosed since she didn’t even tell me what I had or what she was prescribing me. I told her that I just wanted to make sure I get medication that would help and that I felt like she was rushing and didn’t care and I told her she can be a little more empathetic and caring and she started getting very defensive with her finger close to my face and I told her not to do that and she started raising her voice and she said she didn’t have to speak or answer me. She started to walk away from the office room and I asked if she was going to put in the order for my medication since I had several infections and she didn’t want to answer me . When I asked the young lady in the front if they were going to put the request for my medication she said yes and I asked if there was someone I can call because I felt like the doctor was vey rude the doctor came out raising her voice telling me to get out that she didn’t want me in there and I asked about my medication and she repeated to say that she didn’t have to answer me in front of other patients and she was going to call security if I didn’t leave. The young lady was able to provide me with a phone number but the voicemail is isn’t set up. I left just because I didn’t want the situation to escalate since the doctor was coming across as hostile. When I went to medical school, they taught us about compassion and empathy towards our patients; I left almost crying from being yelled at in front of their patients. This was the worst experience ever, therefore I will be reporting it to the medical board, and I will never go there again. Not only was I treated in an unprofessional manner, but when I called the pharmacy to confirm if the request from my medication that I needed had been sent over after being seeing 6 hours ago, they advised they had not received a request for medication for me even though I called the office asking and expressing that I needed my medication....
Read moreI went there April 10th 2024, I just moved to Hemet recently, and my information isn't updated. I also have misplaced my medical card. My insurance carrier gave me the information I needed to give to them at Apple Care. Wow out the window talking to the young receptionist, she said they could not see me without my medical card. I said well I need medical attention right now! She said well sorry. So I said to her, let me speak with a supervisor here, so she took it down a couple of notches. So I told her I have the information, all the numbers she need that's goes in the computer. So what's the problem. And I had my ID. So I went back to the window, to ask her,are you going to see me after 15 minutes waiting, she said they haven't gotten to my information yet. I said to myself wow, okay, lawsuit, not a problem. Once I got in the room, the doctor came in and looked at my infected middle finger, then she said I need to go to my doctor, she was ready to go after 2 minutes, so I asked questions, which Kepler in there about 2 more minutes. I'm saying to myself, what the hell did I pay $50 for, to see you, to tell me I need to go to my doctor. She didn't ask me, was there any pain in my arm nor anywhere else in my body. Which there is, she says I'm going to give you antibiotic, and pain pills, and some cream I believe. So I asked her where they going to Lance it, or what, are going drain it, she says no, their facility wasn't equipped to do that. I'm thinking again to myself, well what the hell is this place, that can't Lance your finger, to relieve the pressure, to take the poison out. So she said go to the pharmacy in 45 minutes, pick up your medicine, I asked her, was it going to just dry up or what, she said well if it gets soft, liquidy like pus, go to your doctor. My doctor is 100 miles away Cedar-Sinai Los Angeles. I live in Hemet now. I don't want to go there ever again. I rather pay another $50 to go to the emergency room...
Read moreHorrible place. Took my 2 year old with a nasty cough, fevers and stuffy nose. Charged me $95 dollars upon arrival and that was with “insurance” (first time I have ever been charged and it was very high) when I asked why they charged me so much they wouldn’t tell exactly for what. They hadn’t even checked her vitals at this point. The girl said it’s just a deduction for what we’re really charging you. (Almost 1,000) They only checked her vitals, the doctor saw her for about 2-3 mins and said there was nothing wrong with her, just a cold and it will go away on its own. I asked for a strep throat test to be safe. She said no. And that’s after the fact I explained that it’s her second time getting this sick in one month. We flew back home the next day. My daughter was vomiting, running fevers and coughing so bad all throughout the day at the airport!!!! Made an appointment once we got home. Her pediatrician agreed to a strep throat test without hesitation. And said even if it’s not strep throat we’re still treating her with antibiotics because she has severe throat infection. I was so mad at the this urgent care, they did not care at all. THEY JUST LOVE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. Don’t...
