i used to think Burlington's' were a higher end store like Robinson's-May, Sakks, etc.,until i walked into a Burlington's in Hemet,CA. Prices are decent@all Burlington's'. Some folks may not know that merchandise sold @these discount stores are regular dept. stores rejected merchandise DUE to irregularities in size, color, condition, &|or appearance [which is seldom noticeable by most persons]. i sometimes need to buy clothing & footwear in smaller or larger sizes due to size irregularities. Some clothing & footwear dont fit 'well':ie: footwear has fit well lengthwise, yet, snug in center & wide toward front of shoe [where toes are]. Parking & checkout line can be an issue for some folks, depending on time of day. This can vary, just as merchandise sold @not just Burlington's', but@other stores & discount stores,as well. Am glad for return policy in which i've had to return items which were sewn upside down, inside out, or backwards! Overall,am glad for Burlington's'. Especially since so many stores have closed their business in recent years! Cashiers have been courteous&nice. Thanks for having variety of merchandise, too, incl. food-snacks &water! [Perris,CA,Burlington's is main...
Read moreI love going to our location here in Perris ca. I did notice that they had this expandable barriers outside the store. So I went inside I was greeted by this lady she had a piece of paper on her hand. She was reading her greetings to me . She asked me if I could stay outside so I asked her how long is the wait. She couldn’t answer me but the other lady said to me “she’s just asking you a question” with an attitude. So I was like okayyyy.. I understand loss prevention is just doing there job. But at least show some customer service. All she could have told me.. we apologize for the wait but it will be just in a few min. I could have waited. I worked in retail for years I don’t treat customers like that. That is one thing first impression for clients to notice. I’ve never had issues with this location but this left a bad...
Read moreThis was the first time of being in this store. When I went in I found the perfect gift, it was a singing toilet seat that lights up when you sit on it. I thought it would be the perfect birthday gift and not just for my nephew but for me to see the look on his face when he opens it! When I went to pay for it two cashiers were already taking care of customers but there was no one in line eccept me. I think I stood in line for about a minute when the manager, who was doing inventory, stopped what she was doing and came over to check me out. I thought that was very nice and because of that manager and of course the awesome toilet seat I will shop at that store again!
Respectfully,
