I don’t have any words to express how helpful Freddy from the att in perris was literally the best customer service out of all the atts I’ve ever been too the other workers as well very helpful. Why am I saying this well I had bought two iPhone 12 pro Max’s and everything went well right there he set me up good with the plan I desired he explained everything and was very helpful but then I wanted to buy another iPhone 12 pro max but they had ran out so I went to the one in lake Elsinore to buy one and they had them but when I paid and this one worker named Norman didn’t ask me no questions if I wanted to upgrade my plan or add stuff so when I left I logged in to the app and noticed he completely switched everything to charge me more in order for him to get a bigger commission because then I came back to the one in perris to check everything with Freddy and he had told me everything he did he switched my plan and added hbo which I didn’t ask for honestly I really recommend Freddy in the att in perris if you want the right service he explains everything throughly and doesn’t care about the commission he only cares about...

I had previously called this store earlier in the day to see if I had any insurance credits left on my acct for a replacement and was told me they couldn't help me I had to call customer service and we all know what a nightmare it's is to get through to customer service 🙄 then I walked into the store to make a payment and was told the wait was at least 20 mins if I was paying cash🤦♀️🤷♀️ came back later in the day and was first told again the wait would be 15 mins came back 15 mins later was then told another 10 minutes, then was completely refused by the short dark chubby Mexican girl that she was no longer accepting cash payments🤬 this store used to be great now it seems like it's a totally new staff which sucks! Read moreToday, was the second time I try to go to this location to pick up an online order and I am told they have to “cancel” my order and that they must do it again. That I have repay the taxes, I had paid online again due to their system error and not to worry as those I already paid would be refunded. The first time this occurred 3 months ago and again today same story. It’s very frustrating to spend time at home doing the order and paying fees and expecting to go to the store for a fast transaction to only be told they have to cancel the order and do it all over again. I truly don’t understand the purpose of having the option to order things online and “pick up” in store when they have to cancel the order and do everything again. The girls always have to “call” the supervisor as they have never seen that before or don’t know what to do.
