Exotic Nails — Local services in Perris

Came to Exotic nails to get my acrylic nails removed and asked for a gel manicure. The nail technician must’ve either hated her job or was just having a terrible day but she wasn’t trying to be careful at all when removing the acrylics. I attempted to tell her twice that she was hurting me but she seemed to get more upset by the way she kept pulling my hand. After she was done, she attempted to use the filing machine when I pulled my hand away and told her my nails are too sensitive and if she could please hand file instead. She said she couldn’t. I attempted to explain to her that I didn’t want the gel manicure anymore because my nails are sensitive to the touch and I’d prefer a clean clear polish. She persisted on using the filing machine and I denied again. She then said she couldn’t help me if I didn’t want her to use the filing machine and I would have to pay the $8 (or so) for removing my nails. I didn’t understand why she couldn’t just hand file but I got up from the chair, tipped her $5 and left. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a nail salon. Other than the people that work here aren't very friendly, the lady cuts three of my fingers to the point of bleeding and they were very painfull. She puts what she said was antiseptics which didn't help. Then 10 minutes of bleeding later, I'm ready to leave cause there's no way any nail Polish of any kind should go on my fingers at this point, she says to me " you're fine, your not bleeding anymore, what color? " I got up told her I was done and she said "13 dollars". What?!?! I have to pay $13 to get my fingers cut into!? Ridiculous. No shame whatsoever, no apologies, she even grabbed my debit card out of my hand to swipe it. I was willing to pay something cause she did clean up my nails, but not 13 dollars worth. Never again. The only reason I didn't make a scene was because I had my child with me but man, did I want to. And I should add that after she used a cuticle tool on my bleeding fingers, she put it right back into her box, probably to use on...

Very, extremely rude. Went in for a fill and specifically asked for my nails to have a little more powder so then won't break easily and asked for a squared shape. I even showed a example of the shape I wanted. The guy did not listen at all and IGNORED me. He filed my nails thin, UNEVEN, and coffin shaped. The powder is already lifting and he was filling off the fake nail and breaking so I can get a new set! I told him my thumb nail was filed to short and to a triangle shape and I did not like it and he really handed me the nail file for me to do it MYSELF. When I made it known they weren't what I wanted he half assed the nail polish and didn't clean up the polish at all and filed my nail so much I left bleeding. If you can't do what people ask for and disrespect them don't be a nail tech. Simple as that.
