very long line from the front of the cashier all the way to the restrooms, they only had one girl working and serving multiple family’s ahead of me, it was a 30 minute wait and it was just me by myself, and when I finally got to the front their was no thank you for waiting or sorry for the wait. Thank you to the very friendly and sweet Baskin Robbin girl who right away greeted me and made me feel welcome and delivered outstanding customer service today.
