Beware of this store!!!!!! I would give no stars if it was an option. I was completely taken advantage of at this location.
I was helped by three different employees during my transaction Daniel, Stephany, and Nelson. My phone was broken and i needed to get a new one- in order to leave the store with a new phone i had to upgrade. I picked out the SE. Stephany helped me with the majority of the transaction her and Nelson both assured me that i would be getting a case and shield for free for my new phone as they called it "customer satisfaction". Low and behold i was charged for all items and then some. My receipt reflected my financed amount, case, shield, HUM device for vehicle, set up and go fee X2, and power bank. ISSUE ONE: GUESS WHAT- Hum device was not compatible with my vehicle and they never asked what car i had, they said this item is a promotion and is completely free. WRONG- item costed $100 and item added a line $10 a month, they charged me $40 activation fee, and set up and go fee when they did nothing for this item. When i returned the item i was charged $27 restocking fee!! ISSUE TWO: I was charged $65 for a piece of glass to protect my phones screen which was promised to be free. I was also charged $45 for the phone case when i was told i would not be paying for these items. They never even told me the price of the items because they were supposed to be FREE!!! ISSUE THREE: They charged me $29.99 for a power bank to charge my phone. Guess what- i was never received the item nor was spoken to about it!!!
Every employee there is crooked- treat others the way you wish to be treated! I was completely taken advantage of and i don't appreciate it! When i called the store manager Daniel to make things right he continued to lie through his teeth claiming the subtotal of my bill is a deposit!!! When i asked him to explain further because that makes no sense- a deposit is something you get back, and i was not getting anything back! He just continued to repeat himself and would not explain anything in detail. He was telling me anything he could to get me off the phone!! After adding every charge by hand i paid mucho money out of pocket when i should have left that store only paying $78 plus my financed amount. Stay away! Go to a real Verizon store they would never treat their customers with such disrespect. Luckily i called customer service and opened a claim on this store. Read moreDo Not and I repeat, DO NOT GET HELPED BY ISAIAH, IT WILL LEAD TO NOTHING BUT HEADACHES. GO FOR BRYAN INSTEAD! Okay, so my husband and I came in to buy the new Note 9s. We got the bogo...buy one get one free. Isaiah is the one that helped us on 9/3/2018. He was just awful, we were in there for about 4 hours. He seemed like he was brand new, which he isn't. Coulda easily fooled me with that one. We started off the process, paid off my husbands old phone, and then midway through the process he tells us "oh, we don't have any of the blue ones in stock". Well that meant for the time being we settled for the pink , since the process had already begun. He stated we could just have them order the blue ones and then come back and exchange them. Well little did we know that too would be a whole ridiculous mess. Before we left the store we were going to be trading in my husbands note 8, (which for the amount we were going to receive for the phone, it would have covered the charges in store) well that plan went out the door. He couldn't figure out how to do the process, so instead he said yhe systems were down, we would have to pay in store and come back the next day to trade in my husbands phone...just more money out of pocket and more time wasted. So we come back in 9/5/2018, we go to trade in my husbands phone, and Isaiah finally places the order on our phones...we think everything is fine here. (It's not) We come back in 9/6/2018 FINALLY!! we get someone that knows what he is doing, Bryan helps us. He lets us know Isaiah ordered the phones wrong,that if we exhanged them with the way they were ordered, we would lose our Bogo. He told us that we were going to have to wait longer due to needing to reorder them, but instead Bryan managed to find away around that. (Thank God, I can honestly say I felt everything inside me getting hot with anger when I heard that Isaiah screwed that up too) We got our phones, with way better service than what we had with Isaiah. The only complaint we had (which has nothing to do with Bryan..HE WAS GREAT!!) The new blue note 9 my husband received was scratched...Bryan did help by reordering it again. So we gotta go back next tuesday. More time wasted...oh joy...but at least we will be with Bryan, so it will go smoothly. Management needs to train Isaiah more. Read moreHad a bad experience. I needed a new phone mid December. Was going to buy the S24 but I saw the S25ultra was comming out in a coupleof weeks. First day I was able pre-order I went into the store. They even told me I was the first person to pre-order at their location. I specifically told them I don't want the one with the least memory, I want to upgrade it to 500MB. They told me I get a free upgrade since I'm pre-ordering it. I said great, I was very satisfied with the experience. Untill I went to pick it up. They brought out the phone and it was the smaller memory one. I mentioned to him how I got the 500mb one because it came with the free upgrade when I preorderd. He told me samsong is not doing that this year. I was confused because why would they sell me that if samsong was not doing it. So I left without the phone friday night and looked it up online, they did offer for the free upgrade. Idk y he would lie to me, i understand if they messed up and orderd the wrong size and explained it to me, I can live with that, that's an easier pill to swallow. I went in the next day to speak to someone to see if they can help me. But all I got was the preorder deal is over and they can't honor it. They told me I can call customer support to see if they can help me. I showed them in the samsong website under Verizon I was able to still get the phone at the same price as the preorder.
