Initial visit was great. But decided I wanted to exchange for a different phone. It was ordered. Called and they said it's in, come and get it. Went in, was thetr over an hour and the girl said she couldn't figure out how to do it. That I had to come back the following week. I left, called corporate, they looked it over and said I could go back . Went back and a different girl said she could. After I hung up with corporate she then told me again, I had to come back! Sounds to me like lack of proper training, or maybe lack of want to. Originally gave a 5 star but when half your 30 day return window is wasted due to lack of training, its not a good experience. Not to mention the first girl that "helped" me, or lack thereof, wasn't very friendly

   Read moreNot a Verizon corporate store so with that out they can hide things from you like how they don't follow the Verizon prices even though the floor model says Verizons price online they charge you more. Example bought two s9 phones (and the are s9 phones) but are getting charge for s9 plus price (billing also says s9 plus). Even though we told them this they said the price it doesn't matter and gave us attitude. The store is a joke just go to corporate if there's a sell going on and something like this happens they can override the payment and make it right. Will never go back...
