Buffalo Billiards Pool Hall — Local services in Petaluma

I really enjoy coming here. Being able to play pool drink beer. However the guy serving us beer, skinny tall white guy is so rude it makes me not even want to come back. As someone who worked in food industry and someone who’s worked behind a register, I would never treat my customers like he did. Just a horrible attitude that doesn’t make me wanna comeback. I hope they can fix the way they treat there customers, at least that guy.

Edit: Your right the reputation here for customer service has always been a 5/5 for me. I’ve never had anything but a good time, however it just wasn’t a fun time at all. I’m not the one to write reviews, however it made me so upset I had too. This happened on Dec 14, from 7 to about 10pm. I don’t mean to get anyone in trouble, it just was...

I’ve been coming here for years and got to say I love Buffalo Billiards. I come up from Marin to play here a few times a week. The staff are all helpful and courteous. There is a decent selection of food and beverages. When you order food, it comes pretty quickly, and is of good quality. The tables are all well kept, despite how much use they get from the general public. There is a good balance of “small” 7 foot and “big” 9 foot tables.

This place really has a family atmosphere, with the kitschy decor, kids running around, frequent parties and events, and groups of college kids who have never held a cue stick before. This is balanced by the serious pool players who frequent the place for tournaments and league play.

I took 20 yr old son, older brother & my son's friend here 2 celebrate his birthday, bond & have fun b4 he left back 2 college. It was a recent Sun nt. We're having fun playing pool until this table of 10 drunk kids next 2 us started crowding around our table, (& the table on other side of them. Only 4 were actually playing.) Even though I asked them 2 stop crowding us so we can play, they cont'd 2 ignore us, egg us on, videoing, etc. I went to MGR 2x, asked 4 help, but to no avail. He tried. 1 kid kept singing "Pressing Da P"(?) in my face. Told MGR we're leaving. He apologized & gave me free pool card. It'll B awhile...
