The Empire Smoke & Vape Shop — Local services in Petaluma

My boyfriend purchased an electronic product from this shop. When he opened it and charged it the item did not work. He brought this to the shops attention and they said sometimes electronics don’t work. They state all sales are final. They refused to help exchange or refund the product. Be aware if you buy anything from this shop and it doesn’t work they will not care! Stay away from this place. If you do have to purchase from this shop pay with a credit card so you can dispute the charge if you purchase something that doesn’t work! We brought this to their attention hoping they’d at least help us exchange and they refused. We then decided to write a review and the owner called my boyfriend 21 times total. Threatening him and stating he was going to come down to his work if we don’t remove our review. Only someone that’s guilty would react this way to a simple review. I’ve lived in Sonoma county for a long time and I’ve never experienced this type of harassing behavior from any business before. If we receive any further harassment we will be taking all of our evidence to the authorities. From the moment I walked through the front door I was dazzled. Never have I seen so much selection from any smoke shop - I just stood there for a moment to take it all in. Almost immediately we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman from behind the counter. As it happened, my daughter directed me to this store and we both our own shopping lists. But my list continued to get bigger as I took in all the selections. "The glass on my tank broke - do you have a bubble glass replacement? My vape has stopped working and I need a new one - do you have one; dual battery compartment - no tank?" Other questions as well, but every question was answered with a Yes. Cameron was possibly the best person we could've run into there - knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. I feel almost a little bad; between my daughter and myself we were rapid-firing all kinds of questions at him, and he had answers. Thank you… That’s nice. A few years ago I turned old. and wanted to quit smoking. My friend told me I should go to “The Empire State Vape or smoking shop building” to find a talking camel. The camel was human and had a Charlie Horse. When I came back, they made a Bailey!! (Female/ 5.6 oz) who’s great too, so it’s IMPOSSIBLE for me to ever choose a favorite, because I love all 3 the same exact amount, and definitely in this order… #1- Charlie. (Great kid, funny, easy on the eyes, has a closet with shelves.) #2- Bailey. (Very sweet and professional, always smells nice and as of 6/19 continues to show up. ) #3- Camel.
