Screaming deals on excellent flours. I used to get regular Artisan Baker's Craft and regular AP, but I recently branched out into Craft Special and the Beehive AP (malted versions), and I have much better results with my SD. Better rises and faster fermentation. I find I have to feed my starters more often, tho b/c they run out of food faster w/ the added malt. The Type 00 is fantastic for pizza. I also get 5lb bags of various grinds or ww so I try to find my perfect loaf. So many options I can't get anywhere locally. Their processing to delivery time is ridiculously fast. I'd say order date to delivery is about 4 or 5 days which is plenty fast for me. Shipping can be spendy, but it's heavy stuff so I don't really care; It's absolutely worth it for the quality and selection. A pretty decent website too. Can't recommend...

I came specifically to this store because I was hoping to get help with finding the right flour for a pizza. The lady behind the counter was very condescending when I asked any questions and seemed to just want me out of the store. Unfortunately I can see from the other reviews that she wasn’t just having a bad day. Blows my mind that a business would want that to be the first experience their customers have when walking into their store. I did end up buying flour, which I now regret. Both of these 2 companies teach marvelous classes, a monthly newsletter and someone is always there to answer questions. Go to their utube channels and binge your mind out to eat "clean". 😋 I have up to 20 people attending most classes we hold. am truly impressed with all personnel I have dealt with at Beckers and now this new class in CA by you experts.
