Great bread and if you like sourdough bread as much as I do they have a bread club. You can get four different types of breads once a month either delivered or you can pick it up in Petaluma. What pulled me down there in the first place was that they carry Central milling flour which is one of the best flours around. If you want organic flour or maybe a flour with a little barley added to it to get a little extra flavor it's the place to go. they also have quite a few baking essentials like dough rising baskets, ravioli trays, Pizza trays amongst other things. I have ordered some 50lb bags from here a few times and it's a good price and good flour. However, the reason for my review is Will. I was having issues ordering online and he spent a solid 10-15 mins trying to troubleshoot with me over the phone before it became apparent there was some backend glitch happening in the system. Then will took my order via phone and absolutely crushed helping me out overall. So, this is a shout-out to Will who did an awesome job handling a weird situation and helping me place my order. Just took my second class with Craig Ponsford at the Artisan Baking Center at Keith Guisto/Central Milling and it did not disappoint. This class was a 3 hour overview of Bavarian pretzel making with German master baker Pablo Giet.

As with my previous experience the facilities, organization, staff, and materials were first rate. They even prepared a special Lye pretzel kit for us to bake our prepared doughs at home. Great value and great resource for the home baker. It doesn't hurt that their flours are top...
