Genuinely, I love to come in here and often find the best deals. But certain appliance items are gravely overpriced. I understand when a store gets a namebrand product and marks it up slightly, but finding used air fryers and convection ovens priced over $50 or $60 is ridiculous. I’m all about supporting a good cause helping the environment, and avoiding unnecessary new purchases when secondhand options are available. But with prices like this, especially in an economy that’s genuinely tanking, and considering these items are donated for free, it’s just not okay. There's many factors that make me hesitant to purchase due to the price like how they've been handled in the past, the unknown longevity, and of course fact that returns are not offered and we'll have no warranty which is expected yet due to those prices the risk is not worth it. Shop here a lot and usually very pleased. Today I bought a coffee table glass top heavy. I was told I had to walk out with it after paying.I said I might have to make two trips...I was told I had to walk out with it. No one offered to help but repeated I had to take it. I was asked where my car was I said across the street. I proceeded to take the things off of it and picked up the heavy piece of glass and walked across the street. I picked up the second piece and I was watched as I carried it out.Not sure why after paying this was such a huge deal to remove immediately.
