Ah, the local bagel shop— just the thing you looking for on a bright morning during a long weekend. The place was buzzing with close to 10 or more staff members who looked busier than a hive of bees. The line was out the door, for the bagels galore. But in a plot twist worthy of a sitcom, they ran out of bagels. Yes, you read that right. Bagels.

Cue the chaos: a lady behind the counter hollers, "Hey everyone, we're out of bagels, sorry!". Seconds later, in a tone dripping with annoyance, another tattooed server shouts on top of his lungs, "YOU HEARD IT - WE ARE OUT OF BAGELS!" Both servers seem almost thrilled. Great job “The Bagel Mill” team. Really, keep it up.

Great food, I ordered a lox bagel and it was absolutely delicious. This is my second time coming here but I am not sure if I will be returning. I noticed that they have an employee with long hair below their shoulders in the front coffee/bagel area. I also noticed he was serving food out to tables and going into the kitchen area. I noticed all the female employees have their hair up, so why does this employee have their hair down? Very interesting. The last thing I need is to have a hair in my coffee or bagel sandwich. Why risk a potential food hazard? I’m aware that employees that are not preparing food don’t need to have their hair up. However, I noticed he was in direct contact with food when he was seen serving food to tables. If he is going to have his long hair down, he should be only...

The bagel mill keeps coming through with the most incredibly tasty handmade bagels and treats! We’ve tried many bagel sandwiches, from breakfast sandwiches to pastrami and most recently the smoked trout salad. I have yet to have one I don’t want to return for! Loved the subtle crunch and pretty surprise of the watermelon radishes on the trout sandwich. They complimented the perfectly salty, smoky flavor of the trout.

We were lucky to score some “limited” Everything Cookies and they were unreal- perfectly sweet and salty with incredible chewy texture. Will be looking out for them again- a new favorite treat.
