WORST BURGER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

I don’t even know where to start. The burgers were an absolute travesty. The bun was stale, like it had been left out for days. The patty was dry, flavorless, and thinner than my patience after waiting 30 minutes for this disaster to arrive. And don’t even get me started on the “cheese”—a sad, melted smear of cheap, tasteless goo. (Which was a extra $2 dollars)

The fries? (Which also costed extra) A soggy, oily mess that tasted like they were fried in last month’s grease. And the service? Horrendous. The staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else and couldn’t care less about the customers. Asking for a napkin felt like asking for a kidney donation.

Oh, and the prices? OUTRAGEOUS. I paid premium prices for what felt like a punishment. I wouldn’t feed this garbage to my worst enemy.

Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your money and ruining your day. I’d give it zero...

I take pride in giving honest reviews. First off, service was okay. The manager seemed a little rude. She seemed like she was in a rush to get me out of there when I was the only person ordering. She was stamping boxes very loudly for like two minutes before she bothered to take my order. Well, the service left something to be desired. The food was enjoyable. There’s been times where the ingredients are lacking in the amount like come on guys don’t be shy with the sauce. Also, the buns can be dry sometimes and are a little too thick. The salads are great, so are the sides. Overall good food. Wish there was indoor seating, as it is accessible for dogs. Can be nice, but also annoying when you have to hear dogs barking while trying to enjoy your meal. I also feel bad for the staff especially the kitchen having to work in the building that is over 100° at times, hopefully they get some AC...

I have given this place so many opportunities to improve, and every single time I've eaten there I've been bummed out. This last time will be the last. We ordered the fish and chips, kids chicken strips, and a ceaser salad. When we got it I couldn't tell the difference between the chicken and the fish, literally had to pull a piece apart to tell what was what. The fish was the worst I've ever had. I've had better out of a microwave. I couldn't eat it. My kid who loves chicken strips, hated hers as well because it was way over done and rock hard. Because this place is within walking distance and we like the Brewery next door we've unfortunately tried several items from this place, and they suck at every single thing to come out of there. Burgers, sandwiches, fries, ice cream, chicken, and now fish.... all...
