The couple who owns this business will sell your held or first right of refusal items from under you. You will inquire about an item and they say they will call you back to let you know the piece and they don’t call back and when you go back in they sold it….they are incompetent, they don’t care about any customers and it’s no wonder dealers are leaving them left and right. They blame you for their shortcomings to put it nicely. We were told by the previous owners that this is how they treat their customers and run their business. They won’t even apologize when they screwed you over! They are just there to open the doors and collect money and they don’t understand or care to know about the antique/vintage business.. Was exploring the store and enjoying some antiques on a date even interested in some but was not dressed too fancy having a casual day wearing a hoodie and sweatpants when an employee came and closed off the upstairs section of the store right in front of me and my girl because we did not look wealthy enough. Wow! They had some things I loved in there. It was displayed so well, as if the person was an interior decorator! The problem was everything was on the extreme end of the price scale. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, but hundreds of dollars more than I would have expected. I guess Petaluma is an expensive area now?? But, I always go to this store because it has quality and never any junk. Beautifully...
