Don’t really know which way to rate, I take my children in regularly to this store and have a great experience. However today we went in and were harassed by the older lady who works there for using the bathroom, the same thing we’ve done plenty of times before no issue. I even went to the front counter to apologize to the young lady at the front desk, and she said it was not a problem at all but the older lady followed me and was still getting after me for the situation. She was incredibly rude! I called later and politely asked to speak to the manager, without asking any info from me she said that she already talked to him and hung up on me, I tried calling one more time and she hung up on me again. My family went into the store, my wife and three teenage kids, to look for games to play at out hotel while i was working here out of town. The older lady working there was very rude, insinuating that my kids were thieves, and literally locked the door while they were shopping. Then, as they left, she said that they “probably left with a game” without paying. We had money to spend there, but after that experience, they will not see a dime of ours or our friends and family....

Such a lovely shop with friendly helpful staff. A great variety of toys. I was over the moon when i saw that they had the Djeco brand. Lots of corolle dolls, callico critters, Brio, Lego and Playmobil. They have bigger arts and crafts projects and smaller rainy day activities. So so much to choose from.
