We had a scenario occur a day ago with one of the employees and wanted to write a review about it. I have a daughter that is autistic and has speech impediment, she order a taro smoothie with boba and a boba madness ORI-G-INA-L and the employee that has short hair with a purple/blue dye that usually as well wears makeup, told her that she shouldn’t be ordering if she can’t speak! My daughter knows how to speak it’s just that she takes time with certain words like the word Original. She was discriminating another costumer as well that was ordering because she didn’t know English and didn’t understand. “Idk why she orders if she doesn’t even speak English or understand it, we speak English here”
I understand that costumers can be frustrating but at the end, thanks to us purchasing, you have a job. There is a new employee, *I come here every week * that is American and has curly hair with glasses that was great! Your horrible employee with the short hair, told her to make the drinks right and to not mess them up as well. I understand that sometimes finding employees is hard but this employee of yours is being not just rude and discriminating, not heartless etc. but she has absolutely no hospitality. she can get into legal matters if she uses the wrong wording with someone that’s disabled or illegal/ doesn’t speak English. I suggest trying removing her from being a cashier? Thanks to her, my daughter doesn’t even want to go to this location due to this scenario. She is 13 and shouldn’t have gone through this when she was all exited to go and order. I was denied corporates phone number and given the manager but she blocked me I hope you read this and do something about it. I also expect a call from the manager or email with an apology, absolutely no child should go...
Read moreThis is by far the worse location ever. My drink taste like 30% sweet and I return to that location within the 24 hr to tell them to remake my drink bc i ordered 100% sweet. I ask him for a new drink n he said yes, but when u look over the counter, he add new tapioca inside my old drink n hand it to me. This is soo unsanitary. Soo he basically lied n gave me my old drink. I said no n threw away that drink he hand me. He remade my drink n it didnt even taste like 100% with no baby tapioca. Also, the vietnamese girl told that guy dont give me toppings in vietnamese, n i understood wat she said. He said he cant give me toppings after i drink some of it. I told him i only took a sip of it n said i have to pay for toppings bc i didnt bring the drink within 24 hrs. If i brought it in, he would give me the toppings. Mind you, i was there at the 20 hr mark n told them its before the 24 hr mark. They still refuse n said i should have brought it back yesterday. Smh. I ask for liquid sugar n they dont even listen to me n instead gave me hot water with sugar. This place is greedy with their toppings n reuses everything. I had to convince them over n over to have them add my baby tapioca that i paid for. Also, he accused me of drinking my drink in the store, n i told him check the cameras bc i never did yesterday in the store. He stood there thinking uhhh shes not lying. By far the worse location with bad customer service. As i look at my drink, it had a spit foam inside it. My drink look like somebody spit in it. I had to throw it away. Dont ever go to this location, this is by far the worse that has no good...
Read moreI come here often but today was not the day. I was planning to leave a positive review later on but today left a bitter taste on my tongue. Me and my brother came here today and we had gotten a few cups, nothing hard to make, really(I've had a family member that worked at a boba place). We had sat there almost 40 minutes, waiting, and they had finished our drinks 20-30 minutes prior. We knew that it was quite busy so we were patient. They had given drinks to people who came around 20-35 minutes after us, something that threw me off horribly was that it was mainly people from the Hispanic or darker skinned people getting their drinks first. Me and my brother stood up a few times so they notice us but they looked at us and walked off. From what I could tell, it was mainly new workers who were being trained, like 6-8 new workers and 1 worker that's worked there for a while. The workers had seemingly purposely avoided us until my brother had stood up to confront them. Even the other customers had noticed we had been there for a while. They finally gave us our drinks(That were almost completely melted/diluted, we didn't complain because we had a sick mom and my brother's tired gf waiting for us), when I walked out and sat in the car, I lightly squeezed my cup and it spilled all over my shirt, pants, and my hat(That was on my lap), they didn't seal the cup correctly. Lost a 4 customers today. Also, I normally don't even leave reviews, but today made me so...
