Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Pflugerville

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I LOVE the cotton candy ice cream at Baskin-Robbins and almost always get that flavor. I went in to this location and ordered the same ice cream I have ordered for years. However, the one I got was spoiled. Tasted ROTTEN. Went back in to tell the guy working there. He said that they chilled it so it shouldn't be bad.I asked for either a refund or another scoop. He denied both those things. I PAID FOR ICE CREAM I HAD TO THROW IN THE TRASH!!! I could have gone down to the Walmart, bought a three dollar pint of it for more. But we went in to spend time with family while doing it. Came out with nothing and basically threw away money. The guy working denied that it was rotten, refused to try it, then said I couldn't get a new flavor or my money back. I had my family make sure it wasn't just my taste buds, and they agreed it was ROTTEN. Never going back there. It is with great disappointment that I write this review. My husband and I were frequent customers up until something changed in Management I am assuming. We would come here daily for 2 mocha cappuccino blast with cinnamon on top until we realized the new Management is watering down the coffee mix needed for these drinks. They are adding more milk, less coffee concentration to save a free bucks. We have given numerous chances to make it right, however, if the coffee mix is extremely diluted nothing they do will fix the taste. These drinks are NOT inexpensive neither. Do yourself a favor and drive one more block north to Andy's by In and Out burgers. This baskin -robbins was the worst location I have ever visited. Empty and old ice cream with stale cones. Mouthy kids running the place. Very unprofessional. A local officer sent us to Andy's saying it was much better and he was right!!! I will never go back to that location and will try to help others to not waste their money by going there either. Maggie moos and Andy's had lines on a Saturday night.
