WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER .
I placed a order for pick up at 5:15and when I got there a Chinese boy said that my order will take about 25 to 35 minutes mind you it was around 5:15 PM and I was like cool. I will wait then 30 minutes pass a white girl came to the front and I told her about my order and she said that my order was never made and that it would take 35 minutes and so I’m waited another 35 minutes now it’s 6 o’clock and I noticed that she been lying to other people about their order. I’ve been literally waiting for two hours for my order which is so ridiculous and whole time my order was never made and so she lied again and saying that they were waiting on the wings whole time when I asked 30 minutes later again The order doesn’t exist so how did you go from the wings are getting ready till you can’t find my order This was the worst Customer Service I ever experience. It went from my order was supposed to be ready at 5:15 PM till I receive my order carry out at 7 o’clock so freaking ridiculous please don’t order pizza from this location ever again. The service is trash and they literally forgotten about my order mind you like I said there were other people waiting on their order and they’ve been lying to people telling people that it was going to be quick and kept saying to customers that it was gonna take 35 minutes and the whole time she was the only person up in the front helping other people, but she just kept lying to me and I demand her to make my order a priority since I’ve been waiting for two hours I’m so frustrated and this is...
Read moreI used the app to have an order done on 7/19/24. Wound up with someone else’s order. Called and the person who was the “manager “ was rude and short talked over me and asked if I wanted a remake. I blew it off. I said yes, then I was told to use it within a month. I called back 8/9/24 to get the free remake I was told I could have and what do you know I was met with the same rude person as previously.
I was told that there was no record of it who did you speak with and I said the person I spoke with was rude very short and didn’t give me a name. The same person did the same thing again offered me 50% off, Talked over me when I was being cordial, and proceeded to get more rude by saying there’s no record of the exchange are you gonna order or not. At that point I said you should probably go ahead and do that, and they hung up on me.
Pizza Hut has become over priced and overrated. I have long questioned the amount they charge for a delivery order, and have put up with it, but I will never buy from this location again. Read moreDecided to order pizza, sides and a drink at 8:10 pm. Not only did we not get the drink we paid for, but our food arrived an HOUR AND A HALF later. They quoted us 25 minutes. We literally ordered at 8 pm, how are you so busy at 8pm that you are an hour and a half off delivery times?? As you can probably guess, our food was cold. Did someone make our food and forget to deliver it for an hour? I called the store of course they did not answer, but conveniently a few minutes later our food was delivered, ice cold. We live 5 minutes from this location, how is it possible that it took so long, was cold, and no one could answer the phone? Oh, and they burnt my cheesesticks, the cheese on my pizza was burnt, the pasta was okay if you literally just like half melted cheese on dollar tree noodles. The one thing they didnt make that i actually would have enjoyed, they forgot. How do you forget a drink that is APART OF THE ORDER.
