If you’re looking for a clean, safe space to work out or if you’re in need of a trainer this is the gym to be. The moment you walk in you’re greeted by someone with a smile. They’re super professional. My son learned so many skills in just two & a half months. They’re very informative, they care & if you’re in need of anything they will assure to help you. Most importantly my son loves this gym & his trainer. My son looks forward to his class, he enjoys it so much. I love how it’s kids friendly. Staff very knowledgeable but doesn't hold their end of the deal sometimes. The transaction of business is one pays for the services agreed on. Once you've paid, you did your part. The service has to always be available that you paid for. Teachers have to show up for class, whether all or no students show up for class. The teacher gets paid regardless of who's there. But teachers not being available when they were paid to be available is unacceptable.

In addition to a good team of trainers, there's a juice bar and boxing section upstairs for the speed bag and heavy training regimen.
