The Luxe — Local services in Philadelphia

The place is really nice, and the staff(management and maintenance) is very friendly and approachable, but there seems to be a gap in how the issues are resolved. This is supposed to be a new construction but I had lot of repairs to be done and still in progress. The emergency line doesn't ensure your issues are resolved immediately(faced this one night), the repair team's roster is also not soon(raised tickets on maintenance portal, spoke to staff etc. etc. etc.), some faulty wiring for kitchen disposal and dishwasher, some roof work being done where heavy stuff is being hauled which sometimes can result in ceiling dust powder settle on surfaces, Not sure if the ongoing construction is taking away the maintenance/electrician resources' time. But then again there should be some way this is handled, it should be seamless repairwork via portal but it is taking time, we shouldn't have to bother the office staff, there should be a way to compensate the tenants for this inconvenience if they are charging...

I lived here for a year and really enjoyed my experience!! I wish I didn’t have to move cities for my job because I definitely would have stayed :) I was drawn to this building because there is parking, a pool, a gym, rooftop access, multiple lounges, and a very secure package room. Management was always super responsive with maintenance requests and anything else I might have needed. It was very nice to know that the leasing office was downstairs in case of emergency. This is a truly luxury building; when the elevators broke for a short period of time management responded by providing us with credit for the inconvenience. I don’t know of any other building that would do that for their residents!! Besides that there were always building events going on including coffee trucks/food trucks. The only complaints I do agree with is that the walls and ceilings can be thin, but that is to be expected with...

I've been living in this apartment building for several months now and what started off as a shaky experience is beginning to improve. The amenities, such as the gym, breakout rooms, golf simulator and pool, are fantastic and make living here very convenient.

The management team is responsive and friendly, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. The location is also a big plus, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. My apartment is spacious and well-designed.

The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is due to the thin walls, which don’t block hall noise or provide privacy. Also, I’ve only seen one person who cleans the entirety of the building, which leaves me to question whether the common areas are being cleaned regularly and often such as they were at other luxury apartments...
