Pretty decor and place with decent food. The customer service, however, is atrocious. There was one barista who always had a bad attitude and would make us feel quite unwelcome, so we stopped coming here. We decided to give it a try again in hopes of service getting better and it did not. I don’t appreciate having orders forgotten and poor attitudes when ordering my coffee and food. It’s a waste of my time and my money.
Update: I should have probably clarified that there were multiple baristas who have given us poor service. I’ve been to this place at least 5 times, and it was only good the first time I had gone (our assumption is the manager/owner was working). After that first time we had encountered a barista that was not only slow in fulfilling our order (despite not having a lot of customers), but was also rude. Poor tone of voice and talking back to customers can go a long way with making one start of their day on a low note. Despite this we returned quite a few times as the food was pretty good, but the customer service never got better. We then decided to give it one more chance this month and the barista took our order then talked to their friend for ten minutes. They made their drink despite them ordering after us, and then proceeded to take and fulfill orders of customers behind their friend who had also been waiting. As someone who works remotely and has to be online at a certain time, it is extremely unacceptable to be playing with customers time. I do not appreciate how your response to my first review tried to vilify me, saying that my post is attacking a small business. It is incredibly disrespectful to try and guilt me into thinking my experience is not worth sharing, and that it is only a one off thing as this has happened MANY times. Thank you for inspiring me. I will now be writing more reviews for small businesses in the area that are deserving of the support...

I love this place! The croffles, boba, and plants lured me in, but the people keep me...
Read moreThis spot is really cute, and I enjoy sitting in here and working. Unfortunately I've been twice and they've messed up my orders both time. On my first visit, I was told by the cashier that the bubble tea bases are vegan only to find out from one of the baristas (I think she may have actually been the owner?) That they weren't vegan, but lactose free. So she made my "bubble tea" vegan, which meant I paid $7 for a glass of almond milk with tapioca lol. Talk about a letdown.
Went back a second time, had a more in depth conversation about my dietary needs with a different cashier who sold me on the kimberry flavor but not the boba base, so I ordered that with popping boba, no whipped cream. Drink came out with dairy whipped cream and no boba. I tried to just scoop off the whipped cream to no avail. The cashier was kind enough to not charge me when I asked if I could get an iced coffee instead but still, $9 for an iced coffee. I cry.
Anyway, if you're not vegan, you'll probably have a great time. If you are vegan, I wouldn't order anything more complicated than a black coffee lol. The staff is friendly, if a bit inexperienced, and the...
