Me and my girlfriend went here during one of their dinner nights, we arrived at around 6:30pm-7pm and ordered three tacos each, guacamole with chips, and two margaritas. We sat outside and the place wasn't too busy, I think there was a family and another couple seated outside but that's it. I could see ants crawling up and down the concrete wall right next to us. After a near 15 minute wait for anything, our waitress came out to us and said "Hey uhhhh don't kill the messenger but we ran out of absolutely everything except street corn. We can still make your margaritas though." Me and my girlfriend were in absolute shock. I worked in food service for a year and we were lambasted if we allowed pretty much anything to run out, let alone EVERYTHING. All meats? All chips? All tortillas? All guacamole? It doesn't take a genius to realize how negligent the managers/owners must be to let things get to this position. Not to mention, our server was ultimately uncaring about the whole ordeal and was mostly concerned with herself while delivering the news and had glazed over eyes. If you are out of everything, close the location. Don't seat us and put us through the ringer because you guys can't communicate properly. Me and my gf were obviously nice and avoided being a**holes (because food service workers never deserve that, especially the non-owners). After maybe another 15 minutes somehow, we got our margaritas. My gf's margarita was "fine", and my margarita literally tasted like water. I wasn't confident that there was any alcohol in it at all. The waitress gave us a cookie for free (to their credit I guess?), but then charged us for the margaritas. When I worked in food service, if this had happened I would've absolutely comped the margaritas. I'm pretty sure my gf had to go in and ask for the check after yet another 10 minutes of nothing. To remind you, we were (at this point) the only people seated outside, and there were maybe two parties seated indoors. We left pretty sad and disappointed, until we went to Que Chula Es Puebla and had one of the best dinners we've ever had. I'll...
Read moreI had such high hopes for this place based on the previous glowing Google reviews. However I’m not sure if I came at the wrong time of the day or on the wrong day of the week but my experience at Luna’s was anything but glowing. 1st I ordered online and when I arrived the place was completely empty with the exception of 1 customer. No one was there to greet me nor tell me where to pick up my online order.
When the staff member finally realized (from the other side of the building) that I was there she came over ( no acknowledgements or salutations ) and just looked at me. Once I said hello she said what can I get you. I told her I ordered online and she said oh that’s probably your food over there, idk but you can check.
Her service left much to be desired along with my ice cold food. The 2 stars were for the potatoes and croissant because they were the only thing good about my meal. I spent $32 (2 meals plus tip) on food that was not good. Perhaps I should just stick to...

I ordered the huevos rancheros and a cappuccino. The dish was bland at best. 40 percent of the dish was mashed beans. The sunnyside egg wasn't seasoned. And the "salsa" was a few tomatoes sprinkled in top. This was placed on top of three tortillas that tasted like cardboard. The cappuccino wasn't that great neither. Served lukewarm, it didn't seem like the milk was steamed enough. The coffee was tasted burned.
I really did try to look for positives in this cafe but sincerely couldn't. Staff had an entitled attitude and food was not impressive. Extremely overpriced for the quality of food. I did like the decor with marble tables and hanging stones with succulent on the windows. That's about it. But otherwise, not somewhere I...
