DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT use Aaron's in Philadelphia. I've been a loyal customer for years always paid my stuff on time n paid off on time. My fiance has an account there we are paying on. Today was the worst customer experience I've ever had. We go in to pay n like the past few months for some reason our payment has been going up. I go in to find out n the (definitely not a lady) but some GIRL was rude as heck. Then she goes what's ur name. I tell her. She ask my fiance his name he tells her. Then dismisses me n says ur names not on the account I'm not talking to u. And my fiance standing right there. I think she said her name Lakeisha Willis or whatever. Worse rental place ever. The staff are compulsive liars they will take money off your debit card without authorization......I have issues with a stereo for months.The Manager lied and told me they replaced the whole head of strereo,delivery guy told me he attempted to fix it......I have to continue to call my bank because they fraudulently take funds out of my account.....I refuse to make anymore payments since they refuse to fix my syereo,went and got a new one to replace the other stereo while in the shop,the speakers on the new stereo DONOT work.......The place,its products and employees are trash.Not to mention they have been thru 4 store managers in 1 year.Thst should have given me a clue,that I would have to deal with/...
