I had a fantastic experience buying a couch from this furniture store! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The showroom had a great selection, and the staff were helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. I found the perfect couch—stylish, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for.

What really stood out, though, was the delivery service. Mohammad, the delivery guy, was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, punctual, and handled everything with great care. He made sure the couch was set up exactly where I wanted it and took the time to ensure everything was perfect before he left. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really made the whole experience even better.

This place is terrible. The furniture is good enough, but the salesman lied to our faces regarding delivery. We spoke to Nidal one month before moving into our apartment and he assured us that the items that we ordered would be delivered in two weeks. We ordered our furniture 16 days in advance and when I called him the day before we moved, he gave me a story about two dressers not being with the order. When I told him to deliver the other stuff (living and dining rooms), he told me that they don't deliver on Fridays. They finally delivered it on Tuesday night @ 7 PM. The delivery guys were awesome and very fast, but we didn't have any furniture for 5 days. DO NOT TRUST NIDAL AND DO NOT BUY...

We dealt with Valera (the owner) and Irene (the manager) several times over the years. Always experienced great customer service with a personal touch.
