The WORST experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I came here since they accepted walk ins at a decent price. I just wanted my hair to be one length, no layers and nothing fancy. However, the woman who cut my hair failed to listen and did an undercut in the back. She made my hair super short in the back and completely uneven. Like I said, I asked for one length and she did not listen. When I felt the scissors close to my neck, I told her I did not want it that short, she said that "I'm a professional, I know what I'm doing." I should have walked out right then and there. I have been growing my hair out for 6 months since then and trying to even out the horrid haircut she gave me....

The lady had good conversation with me. I was shocked at first that I had to lay down to get my hair washed. She gave me a scalp massage which was nice. She washed my hair twice which removed all my dandruff which was really good. I asked for a trim and she did that for me. She listened well. She blew dry my hair good. As she was curling my hair, I did find a roach crawling on her equipment; So that freaked me out. When I paid for my hair, it came up to 45$ for the wash, cut, blow dry and curl style. The owner has a lot of experience and very sweet. I'm so glad I found this salon. She made me feel comfortable through out my appointment and really gave me valuable feedback on my hair. She gave me a trim and I can say my hair feels so much better and she bleached my hair & colored and made sure it was not damaged. Whatever conditioner she used on my hair and serum really made my hair shiny and soft. My hair looks so healthy compared to previous years when I got my hair bleached. My hair is not easy to maintain as I have thick curly hair but she managed to blow dry it with no issues. I can't wait until I go back to her for a touch up...
