We are from out of town so we came here to relax and restart⌠boy were we wrong. We left feeling worse than when we came in! We scheduled a couples 90 minute full body and foot massage⌠our appointment was for 3:30, we got there at 3:23 and they stated we were early and had us sit in these comfy couches they had in the main waiting area. They didnât call us in till after 3:40. We got to the room and right away once we were unclothed and ready for our massage, they got started with my wife. My masseuse was about 20 minutes late, so I just laid there waiting, then she finally shows up and gets right to it in a rushing matter. Then she starts talking with the other masseuse in their language and have a full blow conversation and laughing, totally killing the relaxation mood. After about 20 minutes of talking to one another they finally stop and continue massaging. My masseuse then starts to yawn multiple times loudly. We visited this massage place hoping to relax after a long trip, as itâs a tradition for us to unwind with a massage when we travel. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience weâve ever had.

The environment was anything but relaxing. The phone rang constantly throughout our session, and the staff kept talking loudly the entire time. It was impossible to disconnect or enjoy the massage. On top of that, they insisted we use their ATM, which felt pushy and uncomfortable.
Customer service was terrible. Iâm usually generous with tips, but I couldnât leave anything here â I felt robbed and deceived. To make matters worse, my husband requested the ginger knee treatment and ended up with burns on his knees. Thatâs unacceptable.
This place completely failed to deliver the peaceful experience we were looking for. I would never return, and I strongly advise others...

From the moment you walk in, the salon's calming ambiance envelopes you (with the charming exception of the friendly announcement whenever someone enters the door!). The space is impeccably clean, adorned with a soothing waterfall, and equipped with the comfiest chairs you could imagineâitâs like sinking into a cloud.
But the true highlight of my visit? Kevin, my therapist. He was absolutely phenomenalâstrong yet gentle, incredibly kind, and genuinely friendly. Kevin delivered an exceptional foot and back massage that was equal parts therapeutic and relaxing. Every minute of the massage was pure bliss, and his skill and professionalism are unmatched.
If youâre in Philly and want to treat yourself, this is the spot. Trust me, youâll leave feeling like youâre walking on air! â¨
