Beautiful Blooms was incredible!! We dealt with Kelsey, and she was so accommodating. I have significant pollen allergies & asthma, and they were great with handling my requests for specific non-pollen florals for my wedding. For any one in a similar position - you do not have to resort to silk florals for your wedding! It is possible to have an allergy friendly bouquet and arrangements. During our planning appointment, I was unable to be inside the warehouse as I didn't realize their offices shared space with the actual flowers. Kelsey was great and held our meeting on a picnic table outside and walked us through the separate warehouse area that housed all the various vase selections. I loved being able to hand select the vases for each table. They have SO many grand options that I was not aware of. They also allowed us to reuse florals and décor, which helped us save money - i.e., the arrangements on our altar during the ceremony were later used as table arrangements. The pillar candles that lined the aisle were later used on tables. The only thing that fell short with Beautiful Blooms was their seating chart. We got married at the Lucy, and the seating chart is a piece of vinyl that sticks to a mirror. Unfortunately, the overlay had visible air bubbles behind it, and they got increasingly worse as the night went on. I wish we instead opted to leave the mirror empty so our guests could take mirror selfies, and then ordered a standard seating chart on a poster board to display on a easel. Otherwise, my experience with Beautiful Blooms was great and they were very easy to communicate with. If you know nothing about flowers, put your trust in Beautiful Blooms! I came to Blooms with 10 pictures on a Pinterest board and said I’m going for something fall-like. They turned that into the most beautiful arrangement of florals I have ever seen. Our designer, Grace Clark, was absolutely exceptional, walking us through different types of flowers, providing examples of arrangements, letting us change things, communicating with us constantly, and being just as excited about our selections as we were!

The day before the wedding, Grace sent me a photo of my bouquet. There were two flowers that I wasn’t over the moon about - she changed them out for me literally HOURS before they were delivered without hesitation. On the day of the wedding, our florals were delivered right to our room, boutonnières and corsages labeled, bouquets in water, and even additional loose blooms for the photographer to use for photos. We provided Blooms with our own family chuppah with a quilted cover. They affixed a beautiful arrangement of greenery and florals to it, transforming it into something truly incredible. The florals were repurposed for our sweetheart table.

On our guests’ tables, we had beautiful small bouquets, which complimented the bronze lazy susans so well. Adorned withs small votive candles, Blooms did an amazing job to use florals to enhance the amazing food we were serving.

It truly felt like magic when we arrived at the venue to see the florals for the first time. They were amazing!! Thank you, Grace, and the entire team at Beautiful Blooms! We are so in awe...

My husband, Scott and I got married at Cescaphe Ballroom on May 4th 2019 and couldn’t be happier with Beautiful Blooms. After going to CEG University events we reached out to BB for a meeting. This was one of the first vendors we met with and we were greeted by Liz Plum who gave us cute little bottles of champagne and set us up with Alicia Martino. At that point I had no clue on what to do with floral arrangements; all I had were a color scheme for bridesmaid dresses and a few bouquets that I “pinned”. She pulled up my Pinterest page on the screen and she talked us through all the details from flowers to lighting and what she could do for us. After a few phone call meetings she was able to work through our ideas and give us we wanted while meeting our budget. We booked right away and from there we put 100% trust in her to design the arrangements for our wedding. Throughout the entire process she was so easy to work with, very understanding and patient. The day of the wedding, the bouquets and boutonnieres we delivered to my room and they were no joke. They were fresh and perfect. When we got to our venue, we looked down at the ballroom from the bridal suite for the first time and we were in complete awe. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations.
