Burger King — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Ordered delivery on Uber Eats to try the new How to Train Your Dragon themed meal. I was excited about the food and thought the burger looked delicious and was really looking forward to getting everything in some super cute How to Train Your Dragon themed packaging.

Long story short, they botched my whole order. I only received half of the mozzarella fries I ordered (ordered 2 but only got 1), received regular lemonade instead of strawberry lemonade, and my burgers were like regular whoppers on the new bun. They had no bacon, no cheese, and barely any condiments on them.

On top of that, all of my food showed up in the regular BK packaging, no fun How to Train Your Dragon stuff.

Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my order, and it was completely their fault and had absolutely nothing to do with Uber Eats.

Food that’s not up to quality standards and having missing items is bad enough. Not getting special packaging when you’re literally paying for it (that’s why all the themed food is so much more expensive) is totally...

Me , my husband and my 2 kids went through the drive thru order burgers and fries when my husband opened his burger it was a long string of hair on my cheese you can’t miss it it was too many cars behind us so my husband pulled over I got out the car and went in the girl had a nasty attitude when I was showing her first she act like she didn’t see that long string of hair then when she spotted it she sucked her teeth rolled her eyes and thru the sandwich in the trash then ask someone to make me a sandwich with a attitude and while waiting I noticed they are very unprofessional in this place nobody had on uniforms some guy walking around in the back with a outside hoody on and he had the hood on his head smh only way I knew they worked here is because they was in the back and behind the counter the place is nice in and I just think they need to change management because with a great leader creates a great team it’s like manament don’t even care as long as they...

I when there today with my son and it look like they wasn't trying to work. I placed my order and the got it wrong and I say it was on purpose. Bc they looked short handed. The only had one double wrapper to make and the only put one meat on my order. The never gave me my two value fries I brought. I never had to check my food in the past when I order from this place before. But I guess years has changed that place and hired lazy ppl. That can't get a order right. I file a complaint bc they won't do this to anyone else. It's not bad enough that prices when up and they stift you in your order. Know times are hard. 😡😡😡 That's unprofessional in all stages.
