I would not rate this place not even a one star my son is 3 years old and he has autism. I am a firm believer in giving second chances to people and believe that people need to learn when it comes to dealing with an autism child but they weren’t even willing to do that when i spoke to them they were very combative with me quickly labeled my child as a danger to other children and himself when he is a sweet child who needs lot of patience and understanding. Autistic children do not all act or react the same to distress and it was a new environment for him and they didn’t even take the time to get to know or be patient with him they were quick to disregard him like if he was such a problem. I will always advocate and protect my child and i say either take classes and want to actually learn on how to love and treat all these babies equally or close your facility down. You guys restrained my autistic three year old to a chair when he was having a moment instead of trying to give him a moment in a corner to calm down and trying to understand what made him uncomfortable and trying to calm him down. I would be scared as well with multiple people coming at me trying to restrain me. I wish there were more places like This for our children but with workers who actually care about our children equally and want to love on them teach them and help and understand them. I would not recommend this place and i come on here as a...
Read moreI’ve been dealing with Frankie’s World for a little while. At first I thought they were going to be great for my son. But as it went on it’s been a very horrible experience up to the fact they discharged him for attendance when they’re the reason he couldn’t go. How does they website say they deal with children on the spectrum yet they won’t let him there unless the ABA therapist are there. My son had got sick and had to miss a few days which caused ABA to put him on hold in turn caused my son not to be able to go to daycare. Now they discharge him for the exact reason that’s they fault. What makes matters worse im a single mother of two who now lost my job which means I can’t pay for nothing and about to loose everything. I literally uprooted myself life and moved to Philadelphia for Frankie’s world to just end up in a worse situation. Not to mention they were feeding my son wrong rates and everything. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with a child that has autism or any feeding issues. They...
Read moreI have witness via phone when my Goddaughter is being dropped off and picked up the ignorance of the nurse Maryann. My Goddaughter has been through so much fighting for her life and by the grace of God she is still here. Her mother is a fulltime working single mother who depends on this daycare to give the best of care while she works. It breaks my heart to see someone who works in the medical field to be so disrespectful and unprofessional. As a nurse myself it is our duty to provide excellent care to our clients and give the upmost respect. We must also respect our clients family members/primary caretakers. Maryann needs to take the time and reevaluate her ethics and morals. A lot of families depend on this medical daycare and they shouldn't be mistreated. My advice to Maryann if your heart is not in it then find...
