Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I usually don't write reviews but this one had to be shared! So my girlfriend and I decided to get chicken for family night dinner on February 16 2019 at approximately 9:10 p.m. While waiting in line one of the female workers started complaining about how looking at the line they were about to be slammed. Once we ordered we were told there was no longer any red beans and rice, cole slaw or fries left. They also informed us that there would be a 15 minute wait which we agreed to. After the order was finished we could hear the girls laughing in the back about how one of them was taking the last amount of fries home so there was no more to sale. While waiting, we notice that the crew was acting a bit immature in the back. There was loud laughter, profanity and complete disregard of the male crew or customers still present in the restaurant. There was also a Muslim lady in line that congratulated the Rican lady on her promotion. I do not believe she is ready and she be watched over on shifts especially with the same young ladies from tonight. She continued to goof off and joke during the timeframe we were there. Afterwards a coworker stated that they did found another container of Red Beans and Rice while the other coworker stated "Not anymore cause that was part of my order." They all laughed and continued to have their little discussion until another customer arrived. When the male co-worker cooking the chicken finally caught their attention that the chicken was ready the manager on shift asked why he make so much. One of the female workers said "It doesn't matter, spicy or not it's going home with me." We were very disappointed with the lack of public respect given during tonights order. As far as my takeout order everything was made correctly as far as my delivery order there was no complaint from my customer and as far as the customer service it was phenomenal for Extraordinary however you would like to put it. Every employee that had addressed me when I walked in those two employees that addressed me as soon as I open the door that is the type of customer service every restaurant should have as well as my customers food for their delivery was complete and ready as soon as I walked in the door they had just finished bagging it up where the only thing I had to get when I got there with the drinks for my customers once again very phenomenal extraordinary customer service at...

Walked in to restaurant at 5pm today and no one greeted me or said ANYTHING. The Mexican man and woman looked at me, turned back around and carried on their conversation in Spanish and COMPLETELY IGNORED ME! The manager who is also Mexican, in a green polo shirt with curly hair walked up looked and walked back away. I then said is anyone going to take my order? The man said i thought u were an uber driver for pickup. He then turned off their speaker and continued talking to one another so that I couldn’t hear them. I couldn’t believe it!
