So an employee working tonight tried to pull a scam on my partner and I. Tried to steal my credit card and pretend that she had given it back. Charged my card for my order amount and refused to give me a receipt and gave my card back. Then told us at the second window that she charged my card for the wrong order. This was only after another woman came to the window to ask if we ordered something we did not. The original woman then came to the window after talking with the other woman. Took my card back and said she was refunding it and it would take days to get back to my card. Again never gave a receipt or my card back. Gave us the food and said have a good night. We said we needed the card and receipt for both transactions- the refund and the actual payment for our food. Gave a story on how she couldn't reprint the receipt only make a copy. I said fine please make a copy then. Comes back with a terrible copy i cannot read of the refund receipt and the same original receipt of the refund receipt. When i said i needed the other receipt, she kept repeating she gave it and trying make us seem like we were stupid and didn't know what we were talking about. Finally my partner made it clear we knew she was playing games by saying sternly, No we need the receipt of this purchase as well. She then grabbed my card (the one she supposedly already gave back) with the receipt we asked originally asked for wrapped around it from somewhere in 'around' her. She then quickly slammed the window and walked away before we could say another word. Maybe not scamming but then why all the messing around? This felt way too fishy not to be planned. They know what they are doing at this location and, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience at their location if you don’t have a good experience just call them and they will make sure to do whatever they can do to make the moment right for you as the customer for anyone that has had a negative experience here don’t just blame the restaurant for that also think about the fact that your experience can differ from other people depending on how you act as a person to them they make slightly above minimum wage and may not have the best situations going on in their life please take that into account most people wouldn’t even be able to deal with all of their stress and wouldn’t be able to deal with the constant understaffing and high turnover rate please but that into account again they are trying their hardest people majority of them are the people that aren’t are sick of not being paid a fair wage which at the end of the day a job is a job and you should be getting paid a fair live able wage no matter what you do in life overall just up the pay for these higher paying positions so the people with these entry level positions can make a live able wage and everyone can be happy it’s been proven that people who make live able wages are happier than people who don’t we can help this factor please be nicer to your food service workers it might even make their day and have them smiling for the rest of the day even tip your food service workers I guarantee you that’ll make them happy because they rarely...
Read moreI really feel bad for the doordash customer that was inconvenience by this location. I am a door Dasher I arrived to the store around 8:15 in the morning and I went to the drive-thru, I told the order taker I was doordash and I gave them the name. they told me to proceed to the second window. At the second window they told me they were making it and was told to pull over and park in the parking lot to come in through the front door. I stand at the door for 10 minutes no one acknowledges me so I knocked on the window. A crew member came to me and said they were still making the food. It is going to be ready in a minute .... 30 minutes later I'm still waiting for it. I had to apologize to the customer in behalf of Taco Bell and I didn't have to do that because I do not work for Taco Bell. If Taco Bell hire employees that cannot be punctual or sympathetic then why am I apologizing for them anyway maybe because I'm human and I actually care. In the end I ended up canceling the order so I can go dashing for other people. I had already wasted time I lost money waiting for nothing and the customer probably got her food 2 hours later. It was cold waiting out there no one cared. I wonder how they would feel if the table was turned on them and I made them wait 30 minutes in the cold morning for food that was never...
