KFC — Restaurant in Philadelphia

My Fiance ordered some food on the app from this place, when we drove to the drive through to pick up our order the extremely nasty lady that always gives us a hard time, saw our car coming and decided to tell us from the speaker that somebody just came and picked up our order so we drove around to the window and she was standing there with I think was a manager laughing and telling us how they gave our food to someone else that said his name was the same as my fiance and that they give him the food, after not evern knowing what my fiance name was. We left and parked in the gas station next to it and called and the store just for the same manager to answer and tell is that they don't take o line orders there and after telling us that lie she told us that someone else came and got t and picked it up she also told ny fiance if he wants a refund to call the app that he ordered from. Very rude n and nasty about the whole situation except for the laughing and smiling thinking it was funny and ok that they had did this to us, I don't think these to ladies should have a job there because they problems have done this to someone before or either will do this to someone else, I am going to do what I can to make sure they will not...

October 21st 2022 7pm me and my wife and 4 kids come here went through the drive through ordered 12pc family meal 2 Mac 1 mash and 4 plain chicken littles ..we get our food pull away my wife sees they for got are gravy and 1 Mac so I park she goes in and she explains to the lady in there how we are Missing a gravy and 1 mac the lady starts to say your not missing nothing I bagged ur stuff everything was there my wife texts me to tell me there not trying to give us are missing food then the lady just throws the food on the table at my wife …I can say this …this place is so unprofessional and disgusting..how can you think we didn’t get are food I only want what I paid for and it shouldn’t be a problem I have a big family 4 kids they all eat and need to eat what I pay for so I will always expect what I pay for …I will never be coming back here for nothing after that situation…acting like you did tords a customer !! I hope this place goes out of business! Poor attitude...

Last year I used to go to this place food was pretty good, but now it's terrible, the mash potato. It's sour the chicken smell really bad like like dead animal. I don't know what's going on. When you ask for honey, they don't have it. They only have jelly and butter don't like it. At all I won't go there anymore. I used to go there every other Wednesday. Because I cleaned this orderly. Friend house and he loves the food there.But now it's no good anymore.I have to find another place so sorry.I have to put this review but they need to change the people that work there because they don't know how to cook.I ask her why the mesh potato smell like sour.Oh, no, it's perfect.I just left and I left it will get better if you change the people because the reviews here is pretty bad.God...
