Never again! I've been to this shop several times. Each time was ok-pretty good as far as service & customer service. Tonight however, was quite the opposite. After I signed in, I waited for nearly 10 minutes for someone to greet me even though there's a woman at the a station doing a manicure. The host or manager greeted a woman by name so my guess is she's a regular then he gave me a dry hello and asked what I was getting done. I explained I wanted an overlay & eyebrow wax. He said OK & 55 minutes later he hadn't said another word to me. A woman walked in & walked straight to the back.I figured she was getting a pedicure. Or an appointment because she greeted the host & next thing I knew 10 minutes later she's a nail station getting serviced. Oh, yeah the first woman/regular went before me too. I'm not unreasonable. I know appointments should be honored. My beef is there's was no communication. A simple "we'll be with you as soon as possible" or "sorry about the wait" would've been effective. I passed by several shops just to go here & be ignored and leave the same way I arrived. Never...

On Monday, I made an appointment for this afternoon with the usual woman I go to for my nails.

I scheduled my day accordingly and made sure to be on time during my break from work.

When I got there at my scheduled time, there was a woman sitting in the chair where I normally get my nails done. My nail girl was doing her nails.

I was told that I had a 45-minute wait or could come back! Why?! I had an appointment (that I made 3 days ago) and I had to go back to work.

The owner was not apologetic and was treating me like I was in the wrong.

This is pure greed. The owner tries to squeeze in as many people as possible even if it's squeezing out regulars who have appointments.

I wound up finding a place nearby that could squeeze me in.

I hate leaving a review like this but the more I think about it, the more I feel like I should. I have been a loyal customer for years. My wedding party had their mani pedis here. But the last few times I have gone in to get my nails done and get them painted black (which I done for years) the girl just flat out said no. I thought this was a one time occurrence and I paid, tipped, and left. The next time I went the same girl said to me no we don’t paint men nails. So I got a a regular manicure, paid, and tipped.
