I provided all of these pictures and proof because I never want anything for free or think that i'm entitled to anything. But as a customer who is a loyal customer, I am entitled to respect. As well you cannot do false advertisements. The day that this sell started, we were there because the day before. As you can see from the proof of the receipt, I was there and I spent over a $100 and I said, I will be back tomorrow because I want the the chicken wings that will be discounted. Two more dollars is of tomorrow, and I can get my turkey. To the person that is seen in the video. When we get there, we are told that we have to spend fifty dollars, which is $30. The corporation has said right for the app and also all the flyers. Three and a couple of other customers voice our opinion. Unfortunately, this person in the video who is a manager really? She did not handle it well, my opinion. What makes it so sad?Is we coming back almost a week later because we stopped going after this encounter. To find out nel, they are only making people spend thirty-five dollars, so they cheated us out of fifteen more dollars. If you see from my transaction history, this was almost a daily routine thing that I did was stopping past the store. But her disrespect, and also how she handles me and looks at me, makes me feel unwanted, so I really stopped going. The week after that about, I went back in there because I had called ask for the owner of the store. Because I wanted to show him the video. In also to voice my concern and to see that they had changed back the policy to what the corporation he said in the first place. We are there so much that we know. The owner is always usually on the side. The manager in the video intervened and said, "i'm the manager you have to go through. It's more likely that said.Is the owner on site. She said that I could not speak with him. The same is the day when this incident occurred. He was not there. We called, she denied access to the store owner. If you were not acting unprofessional, if you didn't do anything wrong, why are you denying us access?? I feel like the owner should know about these actions. I'm not saying I spend a lot but I do and I have benier, consistently, i've been a great customer and I don't mind spending my money actually this day, we were disappointed, because the gentlemen who is seen in the pitcher laughing as we're discussing business. He's supposed to be marking down the meat. The chicken wings that I had came back for the shelves were sparse. So me and the other customers and I were really having a difficult time with getting too fifty dollars anyway. As I stated to me myself, I was just in there the day before and spending well over $100? So when I keep on accident, isn't it something you can do? It was because he was just milking a clock. We got in there around 8:30. He had a gun up in the ear. Saying, where's the other one? As he walked across the floor way with the energy drink, they were laughing back and forth him and the manager. Me and a couple of other customers, we were really standing there waiting for them to do the markdown, that they do the meats, and to see what else we could buy. So when i'm asking the questioning, it was for that reason. We proceeded to just spend this $50. Get the turkey and go on our way. The uncomfortable philly that she gives when I walk in there, she stares at me, they talk, and the heat falls back and forth with the other people who work there. The last time I was there, I just left. Being disabled, having a charity where I give back every dollar counts, because we do it out of our pocket when we feed. So, finding deals is a good thing, but also feeling ostracized is not. I'll finish this with this when you have the cockiness. And say I can't be fired. I bet you can't. If you play high and go seek with the owner and you treat me.People like crap. They don't come back, so they can not run into the owner to let them know what you're doing to his name, his franchise.

Nice location everything looks nice inside But you must be extra careful on what you buy since it’s a discount grocery outlet most of the food especially vegetables and fruits are already getting bad or expire Other items are okay like higiene products I bought romaine lettuce and it came with tons of bugs I’m including some pictures so you all check out.

Awesome new grocery and was so excited to see this in the city limits. Originally heard only located in suburbs. On arriving it was clean and easy to shop. Nice variety of fresh and frozen goods. My favorite part was the comparative pricing on each item.

READ BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE! TIP: Check the expiration date of EVERYTHING! (Most marked down items have dates that have passed or expires on the date of purchase.) TIP: DO NOT purchase produce that has been sitting out. (Lots of flies and gnats in most of the food that's left out. Unless you want them infesting your home please avoid or wash thoroughly and then FREEZE.) TIP: Check the freezers each visit. Not sure how often you shop there but inventory is constantly changing. What you see one week may not be there the next. TIP: Check the non-food aisles! The kitty litter there is cheap, they have nice natural deodorant, amazingly priced razors. But remember items come and go. (Some items may come in different languages so a quick google search may help!) VEGAN FOOD OPTIONS! At amazing prices, very affordable even compared to ACME. (Just remember expiration date check.) STAFF! So kind. Everyone they seem to hire has always been a pleasure.

Side note: Surprisingly seafood is more expensive here than it is at ACME. This is more of a fact than a con..I️ guess. lol.

Con: The gnats and flies. It's bad, like, in a you-will-bring-an-infestation-home type of bad.

Overall this place just needs to be managed better in the produce section and it could quickly be a 5 star grocery outlet! Between this store, the dollar tree next door and the ACME you could really do well shopping...

I loved this store and would tell everyone about it. It gave people the opportunity to get their usual food, to try new one, at very affordable prices. There were sales all the time.

I am into fitness and it offered great supplement deals. I do a lot of meal prep so it gave me the opportunity to buy bulk meats that were not quite but close shelf life but you either took it home and cooked it or froze it. Even as simple as bag salad with all the fixings was a treat with extra discounts because they were “on their way out”.

Now, it’s not even competitive really. Looking at prices, especially since I compare shop, aren’t work the trip when I can go to Aldi (truth be told can even get from Dollar General or Dollar store cheaper). Even too just a regular trip you used to find deals down every isle, now it’s not and some things, ex. Protein bars or supplements I can just buy online. They don’t even stock the really good coffee they used to get at such a great price…bottom line it’s a worthless trip for a place that was worthwhile.

And please don’t respond with “it’s under new management” excuse, I know, that’s why I’m...
